Özet
Bu çalışmada ilk olarak konunun tarihsel gelişimi ifade edildi ve çalışmada kullanılan bazı tanım ve temel sonuçlar verildi. Üçüncü bölümde, sınır değer uzayı ve dissipatif genişlemelerin temel tanım ve özellikleri verildi. Dördüncü bölümde, singüler konform kesirli mertebeden Sturm-Liouville problemi için Weyl teorisi verilmiştir. Son olarak, singüler konform kesirli mertebeden Sturm-Liouville operatörünün maximal disipatif, akretif, kendine eş genişlemeler sınır koşulları cinsinden verilmiştir

In this study, firstly historical development of the topic is mentioned and some definitions and main results used in the work are given. In the third section, basic definitions and properties of a space of boundary value and dissipative extension are given. In the fourth section,Weyl's theory for the singular conformable fractional SturmLiouville equation is given. Finally, a description of all maximal dissipative, accretive, self- adjoint and, other extensions of singular conformable fractional Sturm-Liouville operator is given in terms of boundaryconditions.
