Özet

Bu çalışmada motor etkilenimi olan ve olmayan prematüre bebeklerin motor becerileri ile duyusal işlemleme becerileri karşılaştırıldı. Bebeklerin motor etkilenimini belirlemek için Infant Motor Profile (IMP) kullanıldı. Çalışmaya düzeltilmiş yaşı 7-18 ay aralığında olan toplam 40 bebek dahil edildi. Araştırma Grubu (motor etkilenimi olan bebekler) için 20 bebek ve Kontrol Grubu (motor etkilenimi olmayan bebekler) için 20 bebek olmak üzere katılımcı bebekler iki gruba ayrıldı. Bebeklerin motor becerileri Alberta Infant Motor Scale (AIMS) ile değerlendirildi. Duyusal işlemleme becerileri için Bebeklerde Duyusal Fonksiyonlar Testi (BDFT) ve Bebeklik Çağı Duyu Profili 2 (BÇDP-2) kullanıldı. Motor etkilenimi olan ve olmayan katılımcılar arasındaki IMP, AIMS, BDFT ve BÇDP-2 skor farkları parametrik olmayan Mann Whithney U testi ile analiz edildi. Araştırma Grubu ile Kontrol Grubu karşılaştırıldığında; BDFT'ye ait toplam skor, uyumsal motor fonksiyonlar, vestibüler uyarana tepki ve görsel-dokunsal entegrasyon skorlarında; BÇDP-2'ye ait duyusal davranış, genel süreç, oral duyusal süreç alt maddeleri ile arayış ve kaçınan çeyreklikler skorlarında iki grup arasında anlamlı fark bulundu (p

In this study, motor skills and sensory processing skills of premature infants with and without motor impairment were compared. Infant Motor Profile (IMP) was used to determine the motor impairment of infants. A total of 40 infants with a corrected age of 7-18 months were included in this study. Participating infants were divided into two groups: 20 infants for the Research Group (infants with motor impairment) and 20 infants for the Control Group (infants without motor impairment). The infants' motor skills were evaluated with Alberta Infant Motor Scale (AIMS). For sensory processing skills, Test of Sensory Functions in Infants (TSFI) and Toddler Sensory Profile 2 (TSP-2) were used. Diffirences in IMP, AIMS, TSFI, and TSP-2 scores between participants with and without motor impairment were analyzed using the non-parametric Mann Whithney U test.
