Özet

Kapitalist sistem, oluşturduğu üretim sistemleri ve üretim biçimleri ile işçilerden daha çok verim almak ve daha çok artı değer üretmek gayesinde olmuştur. Kapitalist sistem tarihsel olarak ne zaman bir kriz ile karşı karşıya kalsa kendisini yeniden üreterek bir çıkış yolu bulmuştur. Bu çalışmada kapitalistlerin ve üretim araçlarından yoksun olanların tarihsel süreçteki mücadeleleri, bu mücadeleler sonucunda oluşan üretim biçimleri ve yönetim sistemleri tez çalışmasının ana konusu olan çalışanların kent deneyimleri ve hayatta kalma stratejileri konusunun teorik altyapısını oluşturmuştur. Özellikle üretim süreçleri ve kapitalist üretim yöntemleri ile birlikte değişen ve dönüşen işçi sınıfının toplumsal hayatta geliştirmiş oldukları stratejiler ve deneyimler sosyolojik perspektifte açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu minvalde kent ve kentsel yoksulluk ele alınarak çalışanların yaşamış olduğu toplumsal eşitsizlik ve kentsel deneyimlerin ortaya çıkardığı hayatta kalma stratejileri Gaziantep Kenti Mavikent Oto Sanayi Sitesi özelinde ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır.

The capitalist system has aimed to get more efficiency from the workers and produce more surplus value with the production systems and production forms it has created. Whenever the capitalist system has historically faced a crisis, it has found a way out by reproducing itself. In this study, the struggles of the capitalists and those who are deprived of the means of production in the historical process, the forms of production and management systems formed as a result of these struggles have formed the theoretical infrastructure of the urban experiences and survival strategies of the employees, which are the main subject of the thesis. In particular, the strategies and experiences developed by the working class, which has changed and transformed with the production processes and capitalist production methods, have been tried to be explained in a sociological perspective. In this respect, it is aimed to reveal the social inequality experienced by the workers and the survival strategies revealed by the urban experiences in the Gaziantep Mavikent Industrial Site by considering the city and urban poverty.
