Özet
Çalışma, meslek yüksekokulu diyaliz öğrencilerinin organ bağışına yönelik tutumlarına eğitimin etkisinin incelenmesi amacı ile yapılmıştır. Yarı deneysel yöntemle yapılan çalışmanın örneklemi, Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksek Okulu'nda öğrenim gören diyaliz öğrencileri arasından seçilmiştir. Grup 64 kişidir ve gruba ön test-son test uygulaması yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri Öğrenci Tanıtım Formu ve Organ Bağışı Tutum Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Veriler Kolmogorov-Smirnov normallik testti ile değerlendirilmiştir. Çıkan sonuçlar doğrultusunda Nonparametrik testlerden Wilcoxon ve Kruskal Wallis uygulanmıştır. Anlamlılık düzeyi p<0,05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin eğitim öncesi ve eğitim sonrası organ bağışı tutum ölçeği alt boyutlarından, yardımseverlik ve ahlaki değerler /inançlar puan ortalamaları bakımından aralarında istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamaktadır (p>0,05). Öğrencilerin eğitim öncesi ve eğitim sonrası organ bağışı tutum ölçeği alt boyutlarından, tıbbi olarak ihmal edilme korkusu puan ortalamaları bakımından aralarında istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmaktadır (p<0,05). Öğrencilerin eğitim öncesi ve eğitim sonrası organ bağışı tutum ölçeği alt boyutlarından, bedensel yaralanma korkuş puan ortalamaları bakımından aralarında istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmaktadır (p<0,05). Sonuç olarak; eğitim öncesi ve sonrasında ölçek alt boyutlarında anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuş ve verilen eğitimin etkili olduğu görülmüştür.

The study was carried out with the aim of examining the impact of education on the attitudes of vocational school dialysis students towards organ donation. The sample of the study conducted by semi-experimental method was selected from dialysis students studying at the Vocational School of Health Services. The group is 64 people and the group has been given a pre-test-final test. The data of the study were collected with student introduction form and organ donation attitude scale. The data were evaluated by kolmogorov-smirnov normality test. Wilcoxon and Kruskal Wallis were applied from nonparametric tests in line with the results. The level of signiation is considered (p<0,05). There is no statistically significant difference between the students in terms of their pre-education and post-education organ donation attitude scale sub-dimensions and their average score of philanthropy and moral values/beliefs (p>0,05). There is a statistically significant difference between the students in terms of their pre-education and post-education organ donation attitude scale sub-dimensions and their fear of medical neglect score averages (p<0,05). There is a statistically significant difference between the students in terms of their attitude scale and physical injury fear score averages (p<0,05). As a result; significant differences were found in the scale sub-dimensions before and after the training and it was seen that the training given was effective.
