Özet
Günümüzde devletler birbirleri ile güç, çatışma ve iş birliği çerçevesinde bir yarış halindedirler. Bu yarışma durumunun baş aktörlerinden olan Çin son dönemlerde uyguladığı politikalar ile kendini göstermektedir. Çin'in geçmişten günümüze hatta geleceğe dair etkileşimleri diğer aktörleri ve içinde bulunduğumuz dünyayı yakından ilgilendirmektedir. Bu çalışmada güç geçişi teorisi ile hiyerarşik yapıda Çin'in konumu işlenecek, hangi alanlarda yeterli olup olmadığı aktarılacaktır. Bu teori ışığında gelecekte nasıl bir resim ortaya çıkacağına bakılacak, güçler arasındaki ilişki, teori ile birlikte Çin'in amacını açıklamaya yardımcı olacaktır. Küreselleşen dünyada Çin'in ekonomik, askeri, siyasi, teknolojik ve kültürel güç mücadelesi dünyanın şekillenmesi ile alakalı önemli parametrelerdir. Bununla birlikte, bu alanlarda başarıya ulaşabilmesi için farklı durumları göz önünü alarak yeni ve değişik anlamda gelişmelere imza atarak geleceğe yön vermesi hususunda politikaları analiz edilecek ve olumlu sonuca varılabilecek mi incelenecektir. Çin'in son yıllarda ortaya attığı kuşak-yol projesi ile geleceğe yatırım ve kendini dış dünyaya entegre etmeye çalışması en önemli adımlarındandır. Görülen o ki farklı şekillerde birçok devlet ile etkileşimi amaçlamaktadır. Çin, farklı jeopolitik konumları da kapsayarak küreselleşmede başat güç kavramının altını doldurmayı arzulamaktadır. Böylece kuşak-yol projesinin etkilediği devletler, bölgeler, güçler, örgütler farklı perspektiflerden analiz edilecektir. İçinde bulunduğumuz dönemde en önemli nüanslardan olan 'yeni' kavramı Çin'in yükselişi ve geleceği için doğru orantılı düşünülmektedir. Bu tezde güç geçişi teorisi, kuşak-yol projesi ve politikalar ile Çin üçlü sacayağı çerçevesinde aktarılacaktır.

Nowadays, states are in a race with each other within the framework of power, conflict and cooperation. Being one of the main actors of this competition situation, China shows itself with the policies it has implemented recently. China's interactions from the past to the present and even the future are closely related to other actors and the world we live in. In this study, China's position in hierarchical structure will be studied with the power transition theory and it will be explained in which areas it is sufficient or not. In the light of this theory, it will be looked at what kind of picture will emerge in the future, the relationship between powers will help explain China's purpose together with the theory. In the globalizing world, China's economic, military, political, technological and cultural power struggle are important parameters related to the shaping of the world. However, in order to achieve success in these areas, it will be analyzed whether it will be able to reach a positive result, and if it will be possible to reach a positive result, its policies will be taken into account and will be able to lead the future by signing new and different developments. Investing in the future with the belt-road project that China has put forward in recent years and trying to integrate itself into the outside world is one of the most important steps. It seems that it aims to interact with many states in different ways. China desires to underline the concept of dominant power in globalization by including different geopolitical positions. Thus, the states, regions, powers and organizations affected by the belt-road project will be analyzed from different perspectives. The concept of“new”, which is one of the most important nuances in the current period, is considered in direct proportion to the rise and future of China. In this thesis, the power transition theory will be explained within the framework of the belt-road project and policies and the Chinese triple trivet.
