Özet

Özel Eğitim ve Rehabilitasyon merkezlerinde çalışan eğitimcilerin engelli bireylere yönelik tutumlarının incelenmesi ve eğitimcilerin engellilere yönelik olumsuz düşünceleri ölçüt olarak ele alındığında eğitimcinin "cinsiyet, yaş, maddi durum, bölümü, iş tecrübesi, ailede engelli olup olmama durumu'' Bu kavramların önemi dikkate alınarak araştırmanın amacı belirlenmiştir.Araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul ilindeki Özel Eğitim ve Rehabilitasyon merkezlerinde çalışan eğitimciler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise İstanbul ilinin Beylikdüzü ilçesindeki Özel Eğitim ve Rehabilitasyon merkezlerinde çalışıp araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden gönüllü 55, kadın ve 149, erkek olmak üzere toplam 204, eğitimci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada, kişisel bilgi formu ve Yetersizlikten Etkilenmiş Kişilere Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği (YEKYTÖ)kullanılmıştır. Anketler elektronik ortama aktarılarak katılımcıların soruları cevaplaması sağlanmıştır. Bu ölçekte 20 madde bulunmaktadır. Altılı likert tipi olan bu ölçekte 2, 5, 6, 11 ve 12 numaralı maddeler ters puanlanmaktadır. Kişisel bilgi formu ve e-öğrenmeye yönelik tutum ölçeğinden elde edilen veriler IBM SPSS 25,0 paket programına girilmiş ve analizler bu program aracılığı ile yapılmıştır. Veriler normal dağılım göstermemektedir. İstatistikî işlem olarak araştırma amacı doğrultusunda oluşturulan hipotezleri test etmek için Mann Whitney U ve Kruskal Wallis-H analizlerinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, katılımcıların cinsiyet, mezun olunan bölüm ve hizmet alanı değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur. Yaş, gelir düzeyi, eğitim durumu, mesleki tecrübe ve ailede engelli birey olup olmama durumu değişkenlerine göre ise istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır.

The“gender, age, status, job scope, absence”status of the educator, which is considered as evaluations regarding the approaches of the educators working in Special Education and Rehabilitation towards the recipients and the interests of the educators towards the disabled, is generally aimed at the objectives aimed in this subject.The universe of the research consists of educators working in Special Education and Rehabilitation centers in Istanbul. he sample of the study consisted of a total of 204 educators, 55 female and 149 male, who volunteered to work in the Special Education and Rehabilitation centers in Beylikdüzü district of Istanbul and agreed to participate in the research. Personal information form and Attitudes towards Persons Affected by Disability Scale (YEKYTÖ) were used in the study. The questionnaires were transferred to the electronic environment and the participants were enabled to answer the questions. The scale used in our research; Yuker et al. The“Attitudes Towards Disabled”Person Scale (ATDP) form developed by Özyürek (1978) was translated into Turkish by Özyürek (1978), and its validity and reliability studies were carried out. There are 20 items in this scale. Items 2, 5, 6, 11 and 12 are reverse scored in this six-point Likert-type scale.The data obtained from the personal information form and the attitude scale towards e-learning were entered into the IBM SPSS 25.0 package program and the analyzes were made through this program. The data do not show normal distribution. As a statistical procedure, Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis-H analyzes were used to test the hypotheses created for the purpose of the research. As a result of the research, a statistically significant difference was found according to the variables of the participants' gender, department graduated and service area. No statistically significant difference was found according to the variables of age, income level, education level, professional experience and whether there is a disabled person in the family.
