Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Covid-19 pandemi sürecinde salon hokey süper lig oyuncularında depresyon kaygı ve stresin bazı faktörlere göre incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2020-2021 sezonunda Antalya ilinde düzenlenen salon hokeyi süper ligine katılan 19 takımdan 136 oyuncu oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında sosyodemografikbilgi formu ve sporcuların depresyon, kaygı ve stres düzeylerini ölçmek amacıyla Lovibond ve Lovibond tarafından geliştirilen, Bilgel ve Bayram tarafından Türkçeye çevrilip uyarlanan Depresyon Anksiyete Stres Ölçeği (DASS-42) kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların sosyodemografik özellikleri hakkında bilgi vermek amacıyla frekans, yüzde, ortalama ve standart sapma gibi betimsel istatistiklerden yararlanılmıştır. Nicel verilerin karşılaştırılmasında iki grup durumunda, normal dağılım gösteren parametrelerin gruplar arası karşılaştırmalarında bağımsız örneklemler (Independent samples) t testi, ikiden fazla grup durumunda, normal dağılım gösteren parametrelerin gruplar arası karşılaştırmalarında tek yönlü (One-way) ANOVA testi ve farklılığa neden olan grubun tespitinde Tukey testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda baba eğitim durumu ortaokul olan salon hokey oyuncularının depresyon düzeyleri lise ve üstü olan salon hokey oyuncularının depresyon düzeylerinden anlamlı bir şekilde daha yüksektir. 2601-3900 TL arası gelire sahip salon hokey sporcularının stres düzeyleri 0-2600 TL arası gelire sahip salon hokey oyuncularının stres düzeylerinden anlamlı bir şekilde daha yüksektir. Salon hokey oyuncularının özgüven düzeylerine göre kaygı ve stres düzeylerinde anlamlı bir farklılık varken depresyon düzeylerinde anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamaktadır. Ayrıca cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim durumu, anne eğitim durumu, hokey oynama süresi ve pandemi hakkında bilgi olma değişkenlerine göre depresyon, kaygı ve stres düzeylerinde anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır.

The aim of this study is to examine depression, anxiety and stress inindoor hockey super league players according to some factors during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample of the research consists of 136 athletes from 19 teams participating in the indoor hockey super league held in Antalya in the 2020-2021 season. While gathering data, common information form has been used to determine the sociodemographic properties of the players and also depression, anxiety, stress scale that has been developed by Lovibond and Lovibond, translated by Bilgel and Bayram into Turkish, in order to assess the levels of depression, anxiety and stress of the players. Descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation were used to provide information about the sociodemographic characteristics of the participants. In comparing of quantitative data, in a case of two groups (independent samples) t-test was used for comparisons of normally distributed parameters between groups, in case of more than two groups, one-way ANOVA test for comparisons of normally distributed parameters between groupsand for the determination of the group that causes the difference Tukey test was used. Depression levels of indoor hockey players whose father's education level is secondary school are significantly higher than depression levels of indoor hockey players whose father's education level is high school and above. The stress levels of indoor hockey players with an income of 2601-3900 TL are significantly higher than the stress levels of indoor hockey players with an income of 0-2600 TL. While there is a significant difference in anxiety and stress levels according to the self-confidence levels of indoor hockey players, there is no significant difference in depression levels. While there is a significant difference in anxiety and stress levels considering the self-confidence levels of indoor hockey players, there is no significant difference in depression levels. In addition, there was no significant difference in depression, anxiety and stress levels considering the variables of gender, age, education level, mother's education level, duration of playing hockey and knowledge about the pandemic.
