The rapidly growing digital economy driven vastly by MSPs has resulted with changes from operational business strategies to technological infrastructure. This situation also revealed further legal issues and concerns. From legislative areas of Competition Law to Intellectual Property Law legislation needs to be reinterpreted and precedent shall emerge accordingly. How far should legislative regulations should regulate the issues arising from MSPs and how current competition knowhow and tools shall and can be reshaped and adapted for the MSPs considering its unique dynamics depends majorly on judicial backgrounds and regulative policies of countries. Regardless of these facts, legal uncertainties shall be clarified as soon as possible in order to create in foreseeable and scalable investment environments in an integrated global economy of today.
