Health data is very sensitive information associated to patients. Several appropriate policies, guidelines and compliance requirements are in place to protect health data. The breach of privacy, data volume and security remain as key issues for electronic healthcare systems. In this project we focus on these issues. Numerous healthcare services battle to use these huge volumes of health data viably and proficiently. There are issues involves handling privacy and security on healthcare data and this shows, there is a requirement for a powerful framework to make health data safer for patients. Privacy and security are one of importance for health care businesses. It contains personal data ranging from details about diagnoses and lab tests, raising threats of identity theft. We will be investigating how health care organizations must protect patient data appropriately. The volume of healthcare data is getting bigger every year, leaving healthcare services struggling to identify and use the most relevant data. This data will require more computing power, hardware, network capacity, and devices, along with maintenance of cloud infrastructure, storage and network devices. Healthcare data comes from many sources in a variety of formats. Currently, there's no single system or technology infrastructure to retrieve, store, and analyse data from various sources at scale. We will also be looking at the impacts of this on healthcare. Largest problem with Electronic Health Records is the lack of interoperability between different systems to have a full detailed image of the patient medical history it is important that systems can communicate effectively with each other. Healthcare organizations are looking towards blockchain capabilities. Block chain is a digital database containing information such as records that can be used and shared within a large accessible network, and it refers to technology which creates a database
