This dissertation's aim is helping the drone delivery companies.109 interviewees answer the assertions which are prepared about benefits and risks of drone delivery from literature Moreover, this research evaluates whether the customers believe these benefits and risks of drone delivery in literature are right or not because the factors affecting the decision to shop at online retailers, which use drone delivery, are surveyed. While evaluating risks and benefits, this dissertation categorised with security, keeping the product, intervention of privacy life, service quality of delivery, people feelings, bad weather condition, environmental risk. After analysis the truth of these benefits and risk for customer, these benefits and risks of drone delivery are evaluated whether they affect the desire of online shopping or not. There are three hypothesis which will investigate in this research. Firstly, there is the correlation between gender and beliefs about lack of security for drone delivery. Second one is that there is a correlation between the frequency of online shopping and belief of drone delivery safety. The last one is that there is a correlation between educational levels and thinking drone delivery is safe. However, all hypothesis are not true, as the result of this research. This dissertation evaluates whether complains of traditional delivery are deteriorated by drone delivery or not. The customers, who believe that the drone delivery reduces the problem of delivering to the wrong delivery point, are more than the customers who do not agree with this assertion.
