Özet
Amaç: Sağlık meslekleri empati, ahlaki davranış, dürüstlük, sabır, saygı, anlayış, adil olmayı, yardımseverlik, vicdanlı olmayı ve daha birçok duyguyu bir arada bulunduran emeğin yoğun olduğu profesyonel meslekler arasındadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlık sektöründe önemli rol üstlenen doktor ve hemşirelerin vicdani zekâlarının ve vermiş oldukları duygusal emeğin hastaların beklentilerini yönetme becerisi üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubu Isparta Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesinde görev yapan 285 doktor ve 315 hemşireden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma da veri toplama aracı olarak katılımcılara demografik bilgiler,“Vicdani Zekâ Ölçeği”,“Duygusal Emek Ölçeği”,“Hasta Beklentilerini Yönetme Becerisi Ölçeği”nin yer aldığı anket yöneltilmiştir. Çalışmada verileri analiz etmek için SPSS (Sosyal Bilimler için İstatistiksel Paket) Windows 22 programı kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Cronbach Alfa katsayısı çalışmada yer alan bütün ölçeklerle beraber 0,859 bulunmuştur. Çalışmayı oluşturan hipotezler incelendiğinde ise Vicdani Zekânın Hasta Beklentilerini Yönetme Becerisi Üzerinde etkili olduğu (p<,001) ve etki büyüklüğünün (R2=0,194) olduğu bulunmuştur. Vicdani Zekânın alt boyutlarını Hasta Beklentilerini Yönetme Becerisi Üzerinde etkisi olup olmadığı incelendiğinde sadece Etik Değer Boyutunun istatistiksel olarak etkisi bulunmamıştır (p>,05). En büyük etkiye sahip boyut ise Toplumsal Duyarlılık Boyutu olmuştur (R2=0,195). Duygusal Emeğinin de Hasta Beklentilerini Yönetme Becerisi Üzerinde etkili olduğu bulunmuştur (p<,001). Etki büyüklüğü ise (R2=0,044) olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Vicdani zekânın özelliklerini destekleyen materyallerin kullanıldığı hizmet içi eğitimlerin verilmesi, çalışanların görev dağılımı yapılırken teknik bilgilerinin yanı sıra vicdani zekâ seviyelerinin belirlenmesi ve duygusal emek düzeyleri belirlenerek daha kaliteli hizmet sunulabileceği önerilmektedir.

Aim: Health professions are among the Professional groups that need to coexist with many feeling such as empathy, moral behavior, honesty, patience, respect, understading fair behavior, helpful, conscientious. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of the conscientious intelligence of doctors and nurses, who assume an important role in the health sector,and their emotional labor on their ability to manage patients expectations. Materials and Methods: This study of the quantitative research methods was used.The study group consists of the serve 285 doctor and 315 nurse work at a Suleyman Demirel University Research and Application Hospital. In the research, as a data collection tool, a questionnaire including demographic information,“Conscientious Intelligence Scale”,“Emotional Labor Scale”,“Patient Expectations Management Skill Scale”was directed to the participants. In our study, SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 22 program was used to analyze the data. Result: The Cronbach Alpha coefficient, together with all the scales in the study, was found to be 0.859. When the hypotheses constituting the study were examined, it was found that conscientious intelligence was effective (p <, 001) and effect size (R2 = 0.194) on the ability to manage patient expectations. When examining whether the sub dimensions of conscientious intelligence have an effect on the ability to manage patient expectations, only the Ethical Value Dimension has not been found to have a statistical effect (p>, 05). The dimension with the greatest impact was the Social Awareness Dimension (R2 = 0.195). Emotional Labor was also found to be effective on the ability to manage patient expectations (p <, 001). The effect size was found to be (R2 = 0.044). Conclusion: As a result, providing in service training using materials that support the characteristics of conscientious intelligence, determining the level of conscientious intelligence as well as their technical knowledge while distribution of tasks of employees and it is suggested that higher quality service can be provided by determining emotional labor levels.
