One Belt One Road“abbreviated (OBOR), refers to abbreviation of The Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road.”One Belt One Road“is an idea and initiative of common development strategy.It is not about an overall new development strategy，it depends already existing two and multi-sided development mechanism of related 65 countries included China.With the help of existing and effective regional cooperation platform, it aims at borrow the ancient symbol ”Silk Road“ , carry the flag of peaceful development, actively develop an economic partnership with countries of OBOR and together build a community of shared interest, responsibility and destiny featuring mutual political trust, economical integration and cultural inclusiveness.This is the road of mutual respect and trust, win-win cooperation and mutual reference of civilization. At the same time, secure development is the key point of”One Belt One Road, it is confronted with terrorism,religious conflict,ethnic conflict,western intervence etc. security (traditional and untraditional) challenges.OBOR countries are one side together faced with the challenges of secure development,on the other side have opportunity of security consensus and benefit.In this paper the security consensus and benefit are analysed with the“common built”principle of OBOR which is summed in“three common”that refers to“common discuss , common build, common use ”and the“five main cooperation areas”of OBOR which are summed in“five connection”which refers to“policy connection, infrastructure connection, trade connection, finance connection, people connection”. On the basis of deep analysis of security consensus and benefit of“three together”and“five main cooperation areas”, it is proposed to rebuilt together“Asia community of interest, responsibility and destiny”and make together overcome strategy of the new Asia security concept, and consequently, in order to arrive Asia community of security aim and build security basis for the sustainable development of OBOR strategy.
