Özet
Şehirler 21. yy'da konut kıtlığı, satın alınabilirlik sorunu ve ekolojik ayak izinin azaltılması ihtiyacıyla karşı karşıyadır. Türkiye'de konut bulunabilirliği ve satın alınabilirliği 2018 kriziyle beraber oldukça zorlaşmıştır. Konut sahibi olmak isteyenler ise yeni yollar aramaya başlamıştır. Evler büyümekte, hane halkı sayısı azalmaktadır. Konut ve kira harcamaları gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. 2020 yılı ile hayatımıza giren Covid-19 pandemisiyle konutun çevresiyle ilişkisi de oldukça önemli hale gelmiştir. Amerika'da Avrupa'da ve yeni yeni Türkiye'de insanlar büyük ev geleneğini reddedip daha ekonomik, sürdürülebilir ve özgür küçük evlere geçmektedir. Mobil yapı örneği olan Tiny House'ların genç yetişkinler için uygunluk durumu bu çalışmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, Tiny House yaşamının akademik bilgisine katkıda bulunmak, genç yetişkinlerin tatmin edici konut arayışına, Tiny House'ların uygun olup olmadığını ve Tiny House'da yaşayan genç yetişkinlerin memnuniyet durumlarını araştırmaktır. Araştırmanın amacını gerçekleştirmek için Y kuşağının temel özellikleri ve konut beklentileri literatür taraması yoluyla belirlenmiştir. Tekerlekli Tiny House ile ilgili literatür araştırması yapılması, tarihsel süreç içinde gelişiminin incelenmesi, Dünya'dan ve Türkiye'den örnek uygulamaların araştırılması ve Tiny House'da yaşayan Y kuşağına dahil dört kullanıcının Tiny House'larının incelenmesi ve Tiny House yaşamından memnuniyetlerini anlamaya yönelik sözlü görüşme yapılması yöntemi benimsenmiştir. Alan araştırması için belirlenen Tiny House'lar genel özellikler, teknik özellikler ve iç mekan düzenlemesi kriterlerine göre analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma ve sözlü görüşmeler sonucunda genç yetişkinlerin konuttan beklentileri ile Tiny House yaşamı arasında bir uyum olduğu görülmüş ve genç yetişkin Tiny House kullanıcılarının Tiny House'larından memnuniyetlerinin yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı için“genç yetişkinler”ifadesi 2022 yılında 27-39 yaşlarında olan Y kuşağına atıfta bulunmaktadır.

In the twenty-first century, cities are facing housing shortages, affordability and the need to reduce their ecological footprint. Housing availability and affordability in Turkey became very difficult with the 2018 crisis. Those who want to own a house have started to look for new ways. Houses are getting bigger and the number of households is decreasing. Housing and rental expenditures are increasing day by day. With the Covid19 pandemic entering our lives in 2020, the relationship of housing with its environment has also become very important. In America, Europe and the new new Turkey, people are rejecting the big house tradition and moving to more economical, sustainable and free small houses. The suitability of Tiny Houses, which is an example of mobile construction, for young adults is the subject of this study. The aim of the study is to contribute to the academic knowledge of Tiny House life, to investigate young adults' search for satisfactory housing, whether Tiny Houses are suitable or not, and the satisfaction of young adults living in Tiny Houses. In order to realize the purpose of the research, the main characteristics of generation Y and housing expectations were determined through a literature review. Tiny House on wheels to carry out a survey of the related literature, the process to study the historical development of Turkey and the world from the sample application included in the investigation and who lives in a tiny house Tiny House, tiny house, four of Generation Y and the oral interview examination of life satisfaction to understand user's method is adopted. Tiny Houses determined for the field study were analyzed according to general features, technical features and interior arrangement criteria. As a result of the research and oral interviews, it was seen that there is a harmony between the expectations of young adults from the residence and the life of the Tiny House, and it was concluded that the young adult Tiny House users were highly satisfied with their Tiny Houses. For the purpose of this study, the expression“young adults”was used to refer to 27- to 39-year-olds, this age range is in the Y generation in 2022.
