Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı; farklı yüzey bitirme işlemleri uygulanan farklı yapıdaki estetik restorasyonların in-vivo şartlar altında renk stabilitelerini değerlendirmektir. Bu çalışmada; IPS E-max Press (EP), Lava Ultimate (LU), Vita Enamic (EN), Vita Suprinity (SP), Cerasmart (CE), BruxZir (BZ), Vita Mark II (VM) veneer restorasyonlar değerlendirildi. Toplamda 280 adet estetik veneer kron (n=20) farklı yüzey bitim işlemlerine (manuel polisaj, glaze) göre gruplandırıldı. Restorasyonların L*, a* ve b* değerleri simantasyon sonrası başlangıç (L0*, a0*, b0*), 1. ay (L1*, a1*, b1*) ve 6. ay (L2*, a2*, b2*) sonrasında kolorimetre (ShadeEye, Shofu, Japan) cihazı ile ölçüldü. Restorasyonların, renk değişim miktarları; başlangıç-1. ay (∆E00*)1, başlangıç-6. ay (∆E00*)2, 1. ay-6. ay (∆E00*)3 hesaplandı. L*, a*, b* değerleri için Friedman ve Wilcoxon Testi ile birlikte Bonferroni düzeltmesi uygulandı (p0.0005). Estetik gereksinimin yüksek olduğu anterior bölgedeki vakalarda nanoseramik hibrit materyaller yerine, cam seramikler önerilebilir. Estetik veneer restorasyonlarda glaze ve polisaj işlemleri birbirlerine alternatif olarak kullanılabilir.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the color stability of aesthetic restorations with different surface finishing processes under in-vivo conditions. In this study; IPS E-max Press (EP), Lava Ultimate (LU), Vita Enamic (EN), Vita Suprinity (SP), Cerasmart (CE), BruxZir (BZ), Vita Mark II (VM) veneer restorations were evaluated. Total of 280 aesthetic veneer crowns (n=20) were grouped according to different surface finishes (manual polishing, glaze). L*, a* and b* values of restorations were measured with a colorimeter (ShadeEye, Shofu, Japan) device after cementation initial (L0*, a0*, b0*), 1st month (L1*, a1*, b1*) and 6th months (L2*, a2*, b2*). The amount of color change of the restorations; initial-1st month (∆E00*)1, initial-6th month (∆E00*)2, 1st month-6th month (∆E00*)3 was calculated. Bonferroni correction was applied with Friedman and Wilcoxon Test for L*, a*, b* values (p0.0005). Glass ceramics can be recommended instead of nanoceramic hybrid materials for cases in anterior region where high aesthetic is needed. Glazing and polishing processes can be used as alternatives to each other for aesthetic veneer restorations.
