98 ABSTRACT The arm of this search is to determine the rights of inspectors about profession formation at teacher training personal knowledges, the knowledges that passed to the profession formations, and the knowledges that concerned to the behaviorsz at the educational process of the teachers are described in tables and showed in diagrams one by one. When the findings are analysed, there is relation between the teachers' sexuality and passing of the profession formation to the behaviors; And there is no relation between civil status of teachers and passing of the profession formation to the behaviors. According to the 52 % of the inspectors; profession formation passes more to the teacher's behaviors between 5 th-15 th years. The relation between the faculties that teachers graduated and the parsing of the profession formation to the behaviors; 88 % of the inspectors think that, the teachers graduated from education faculties, get more profession formation. It is under stood that, if the teachers who come from different faculties got social branches, the passing of the profession formation is more than the others. According to the 55 % of the inspectors; preperations of the teachers are medium before the lessons. According to the 51 % of the inspectors, teacher's behaviors are medium in the training. In the end, it is presented searches as the relation between the students' success and the teaching in the class.
