Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı Covid-19 salgın döneminde uzaktan eğitim sürecine ilişkin velilerin yaşadıkları deneyimleri irdelemektir. Çalışma, nitel araştırma desenlerinden olan fenomenolojik araştırma deseniyle tasarımlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda bu çalışmanın katılımcıları; söz konusu dönemde çocuğu uzaktan eğitim sürecine katılan, bu deneyimi yaşayan velilerden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenmiş ve çocuğu uzaktan eğitim sürecine katılan 10 veliden oluşmuştur. Veri toplama sürecinde yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Veriler, içerik analiz yöntemiyle irdelenmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde MAXQDA 2020 programı kullanılmıştır. Katılımcılardan elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda 4 alt tema oluşturulmuştur. Söz konusu temalar,“Uzaktan eğitim”,“Psikolojik deneyimler”,“Uyum süreci”,“Çözüm arayışı”olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda velilerin Covid-19 salgın döneminde uzaktan eğitim süreci ile ilgili farklı deneyimler yaşadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Söz konusu süreçte katılımcılar, eğitimin devamlılığının sağlanmasına rağmen etkileşimin sınırlı olması, artan rol ve sorumluluklarının ortaya çıkması, çocuklarıyla sürece ilişkin çatışma yaşamaları vb. nedenlerle zorlandıklarını ifade etmişlerdir.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the experiences of parents in the process of distance learning in Covid-19. The study is designed within phenomenological research, which is one of the qualitative research patterns. In this context, the participants in this study consist of parents whose children participate in the distance education process and have this experience. The study group of the research consists of 10 parents who are determined by the sampling method and whose children take place in distance education. The semi-structured interview form is used in the data collection process. The data are analyzed via the content analysis method. The MAXQDA 2020 program is used to analyze the data. Four sub-themes consisted in line with the data obtained from the participants. The themes mentioned are“Distance education”,“Psychological experiences”,“Adaptation process”, and“Searching for solutions”. Findings showed that the parents had different experiences regarding the distance education process during the Covid-19 epidemic period. In that process, they had difficulties due to various reasons such as having limited interaction, emerging roles and responsibilities, having conflicts with children, etc.
