Özet
Çalışmada, tarım sektöründe kullanılan modern sulama sistemlerinin üretici ve devlet için önemine değinilmiştir. Evleviyetle; tarım ve tarımda sulama sistemlerinin ekonomideki etkinliği açıklanıp, modern sulama sistemlerinin bilgilendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Bu perspektifte tarım sektörünün ekonomideki durumu, geçmişten günümüze değişimi, GSMH içindeki payı üzerine durulduktan sonra, çalışmada oyun teorisi ve eksik bilgili dinamik oyun modeli açıklanacaktır. Son aşamada ise tarım sektöründe kullanılan modern sulama sistemlerinin üretici ve devlete etkisinin eksik bilgili dinamik oyunlarda sinyalleme modeli ile analizi yapılmıştır. Bu analiz ile üreticinin sulama sistemlerini belirlemesi için sonuç ve önerilere yer verilmiştir.

In the study, the importance of modern irrigation systems used in the agriculture sector for the producer and the state is mentioned. First of all; agriculture, the efficiency of irrigation systems in agriculture in the economy is explained and modern irrigation systems are informed. In this perspective, after focusing on the situation of the Agriculture Sector in the economy, its change from past to present, its share in GNP, game theory and the dynamic game model with incomplete information will be explained in the study. In the last stage, the effect of irrigation systems on the producer and the state in the agriculture sector is analyzed with the signaling model in dynamic games with incomplete information. With this analysis, results and recommendations are given for the producer to determine the irrigation systems.
