Özet
Son kullanıcıya sunulan hizmetlerin, iletişim kaynağı olarak İnternet kullanımı oranı arttıkça, web sitelerinin önemi ve anlamı da artmaya devam etmiştir. İyi tasarlanmış ve kullanışlı bir web sitesi tasarlamak, ilgili hizmetin ve bilgi akışının da daha sağlıklı olmasına imkân tanır. Tez çalışması kapsamında halihazırda piyasada mevcut içerik sistemlerinin kuruma entegrasyonundaki eksikler analiz edilerek, tamamıyla ihtiyaca özelleşmiş çözümler bulunması amaçlanmıştır. İçerik yönetim sistemini kullanacak olan kullanıcıların ihtiyacı ve İçerik yönetim sisteminin kararlılığını en optimize şekilde sağlayacak bir yaklaşım geliştirilmiştir. Tarım ve Orman Bakanlığı İçerik yönetim sistemi yapısı kurumun dinamik web sitesi ihtiyacını esnek ve ölçeklenebilir, kurum yapısına hizmet edebilecek bir şekilde sunma amacıyla projelendirilmiştir. Sunduğu yeni yaklaşımlar ve çözümler ile kolay kullanılabilir, kullanıcı dostu ve performanslı bir yapı örneği sunmaktadır.

As the rate of Internet use as a communication source for the services offered to the end user increased, the importance and meaning of websites continued to increase. Designing a well-designed and useful website also allows the related service and information flow to be healthier. Within the scope of the thesis, it is aimed to find completely customized solutions by analyzing the deficiencies in the integration of the content systems currently available in the market to the institution. An approach has been developed that will provide the needs of the users who will use the content management system and the stability of the content management system in the most optimized way. The content management system structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has been designed with the aim of presenting the dynamic web site needs of the institution in a flexible and scalable manner that can serve the corporate structure. With its new approaches and solutions, it offers an easy-to-use, user- friendly and performance building example.
