Özet

Çalışma Covid-19 sürecinde ruhsal bozukluk tanısı almış bireylerde telerehabilitasyon uygulamaları ile ergoterapi müdahalelerinin etkinliğinin incelenmesi amacıyla planlandı. Çalışmaya Toplum Ruh Sağlığı bünyesine kayıtlı 20 hasta dahil edildi. Çalışma telerehabilitasyonun uygulanacağı müdahale gurubu (n=10) ve kontrol gurubu (n=10) olmak üzere ikiye ayrıldı. Çalışma içerisindeki yaş ortalamaları müdahale grubu için 38.50, kontrol grubu için 39 (min:27; max:58), ve cinsiyet dağılımı her grup iki grup içerisinde de %40 kadın, %60 erkek dahil edildi. Günlük yaşam aktivitelerini ölçmek amacıyla müdahale öncesi ve sonrası uygulanacak şekilde Nottingham Genişletilmiş Yaşam Aktiviteleri İndeksi, yaşanan süreç içerisindeki ruhsal ve psikosomatik etkilerin ölçülmesi amacıyla Covid-19 Pandemisinin Ruhsal ve Psikosomatik Etkilerini Değerlendirme Ölçeği, Yaşanan kısıtlamaların depresyon üzerine etkisinin ölçülmesi amacıyla Beck Depresyon Envanteri uygulandı. Beck Depresyon Envanteri puanları, Covid19 Ruhsal ve Psikometrik Etkilerini Değerlendirme Ölçeği ve alt boyut puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunamadı(p>0,05). The study was planned to examine the effectiveness of occupational therapy interventions together with telerehabilitation applications in individuals diagnosed with mental disorders during the Covid-19 process. Twenty patients registered in Community Mental Health were included in the study. The study was divided into two as the intervention group (n=10) and the control group (n=10), in which telerehabilitation would be applied. The mean age in the study was 38.50 for the intervention group, 39 for the control group (min: 27; max: 58), and the gender distribution included 40% female and 60% male in both groups. Nottingham Extended Life Activities Index was used to measure daily living activities before and after the intervention, the Psychological and Psychosomatic Effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic Evaluation Scale was used to measure the mental and psychosomatic effects in the process, and the Beck Depression Inventory was used to measure the effects of the experienced restrictions on depression. There was no statistically significant difference between Beck Depression Inventory scores, Covid19 Psychological and Psychometric Effects Assessment Scale and sub-dimension scores(p>0.05).
