Özet
Bu araştırmada Türkiye'nin Gümrük Birliği sürecinin dış ticarete olan etkilerini ankete katılım gösteren kişilerin bu konudaki fikir ve algılarını ölçmeye yönelik bir çalışmadır. Konu belirlenirken üzerinde farklı tartışmalar yapılan Gümrük Birliği konusunda özellikle Gümrük Müşavirlerinin görüşlerini almak ve Türk Dış Ticaretine etkileri hakkında düşünceleri ve algılarını ölçme düşüncesi ön plana çıkmıştır. Bu çalışma kapsamında Türkiye Gümrük Sistemi ve Avrupa Birliği Gümrük Sisteminin uyumlaştırılmasına ve Gümrük Birliği Antlaşması'nın Türkiye'nin dış ticaret etkisine ilişkin alan yazında literatür taraması yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kısmında ise analiz yöntemi ve analiz yöntemlerinden olan nicel analiz yöntemi kullanılarak anket çalışmasına yer verilmiştir. Bursa Gümrük Müşavirleri Derneği'nde Gümrük Müşavirlerine yönelik Bursa ilinde toplam 169 kişiye anket yapılmıştır. 169 kişiden 166 kişinin anketi analiz için uygun görülmüştür. Veriler toplanarak anket sorularının temel istatistik sonuçlarından; ortalama, standart sapma, skewness ve kurtosis değerlerine yer verilmiştir. Diğer analizler ise ANOVA Testi, Korelasyon Testi ve Regresyon Testi sonuçlarına yer verilmiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre, temel istatistik sonuçları incelendiğinde anketi cevaplayanların Türkiye'nin Gümrük Birliği'ne girmesinin ithalatı ve ihracatı arttırdığını, Gümrük Birliği'nin Avrupa pazarlarına ve diğer pazarlara olan entegrasyonunda aracı rolü üstlendiği ve Türkiye'nin Gümrük Birliği sürecini tamamlamasıyla beraber Avrupa Birliği'ne tam üye olması gerektiği algısındadırlar. Uygulanan ANOVA Testi sonucuna göre kişilerin eğitim durumu ve yaşlarının Gümrük Birliği'nin ithalatı ve ihracatında olumlu etkilediği beklentisi arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılığa ulaşılamamıştır. Korelasyon testinde ulaşılan bulgularda ise GB bağımlı değişken ile yaş bağımsız değişken arasında çok az düzeyde pozitif bir etki vardır. GB bağımlı değişken ile eğitim bağımsız değişkeni arasında çok az düzeyde bir negatif bir etki vardır sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bir diğer test olan Regresyon testi sonuçlarında ise GB bağımlı değişken ile yaş bağımsız değişken arasında anlamsız pozitif bir etki vardır. GB bağımlı değişken ile eğitim bağımsız değişkeni arasında anlamsız bir negatif bir etki vardır. Regresyon analizinin eğitim durumu ve yaş üzerinde bir etkisi olmadığı saptanmıştır.

In this research, the effects of Turkey's Customs Union process on foreign trade is a study aimed at measuring the opinions and perceptions of the people participating in the survey on this issue. While determining the issue, the idea of taking the opinions of Customs Brokers on the Customs Union, on which different discussions were held, and measuring their thoughts and perceptions about the impact on Turkish Foreign Trade, has come to the fore. Within the scope of this study, the literature review method was used in the field article on the harmonization of the Customs System of Turkey and the Customs System of the European Union and the impact of the Customs Union Treaty on Turkey's foreign trade. In the research part, the questionnaire study was included using the analysis method and quantitative analysis method, which is one of the analysis methods. A total of 169 people were surveyed in the province of Bursa for Customs Brokers at the Association of Bursa Customs Brokers. the questionnaire of 166 people out of 169 was considered suitable for analysis. Data were collected and from the basic statistical results of the survey questions; mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis values were included. The other analyses included the results of ANOVA Test, Correlation Test and Regression Test. According to findings from the study, when analyzing the results of basic statistics, respondents increased their imports and exports of Turkey entering the customs union, the customs union has undertaken an instrumental role in the integration with European markets and other markets to complete the process and Turkey's customs union with the perception that should be a full member of the European Union maintain. According to the results of the ANOVA Test applied, a statistically significant difference was not reached between the expectation that the educational status and age of people Decently affect the import and export of the Customs Union. In the findings reached in the correlation test, there is a very small positive effect between the GB dependent variable and the age independent variable. Dec. It was concluded that there is a very small negative effect between the GB dependent variable and the education independent variable Decisively. In the results of the regression test, which is another test, there is a meaningless positive effect between the GB dependent variable and the age independent variable. Dec. There is a Decisively negative effect between the GB dependent variable and the education independent variable. It has been found that regression analysis has no effect on educational status and age.
