Özet
Bilindiği üzere Balkan Harbi'nin sebepleri anlatıldığında hususen Şark, Makedonya ve Kiliseler Meselesi, Arnavutluk Ayaklanmaları, Trablusgarp Harbi ve komitacıların bölgedeki faaliyetleri geniş bir yelpazede anlatıla gelir. Çalışmamız, Balkan Harbi'ne sebebiyet veren İştip Hadisesi ve Koçana Vakası hususunda muhalif, Bulgar siyasi partilerinin ve komitacıların oluşturdukları dayanışma ortamıyla düzenlenledikleri mitingler Osmanlı Devleti aleyhinde kamuoyu oluşturarak, içeride ve dışarıda takip ettikleri askerî ve siyasî propagandayı ifade eder. Kral Ferdinand, Bulgar Hükümeti ve Bulgar askeri sınıfının İştip Hadisesi ve Koçana Vakası sonrası izledikleri politik tavır, Bulgar ordusunun örtülü seferberliği, Avrupa devletlerinin takip ettikleri siyaset ve“Bulgar Milliyetçiliği”nin geldiği safha anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Dönemin Balkan Tarihi'ne bakıldığında komitacılar tarafından icra edilen eylemler, bölgede yeni bir düzenin oluşturulmasındaki tesir ve komitacıların eliyle gerçekleştirilen İştip Hadisesi ve Koçana Vakası, Osmanlı Devleti'nin Balkanlardan çekilmesine zemin hazırlamış ve bu süreç anlatılmıştır.

As it is known, when the causes of the Balkan War are explained, the Eastern, Macedonian and Churches Question, the Albanian Uprisings, the Tripoli War and the activities of the committee members in the region are explained in a wide range. Our study expresses the military and political propaganda that they follow inside and outside by creating public opinion against the Ottoman Empire, with the rallies organized by the opposition Bulgarian political parties and the committee members, in the context of the Shtip İncident and the Koçana İncident, which caused the Balkan War. The political attitude of King Ferdinand, the Bulgarian Government and the Bulgarian military class after the Shtip Incident and the Koçana Incident, the covert mobilization of the Bulgarian army, the politics followed by the European states and the stage of“Bulgarian Nationalism”have been tried to be explained. Looking at the Balkan History of the period, the actions carried out by the commitee members, the influence in the creation of a new order in the region, and the Shtip Incident and the Koçana Incident, which were carried out by the komitaci, laid the groundwork for the withdrawal of the Ottoman Empire from the Balkans and this process was explained.
