Özet
It is known that the notion of health is as old as history itself. There have been changes in the implementation of health services and health infrastructures in time based on the changes in conditions of new eras. Due to the advances in technological developments in the world, new equipments in diagnosis and procurement of ilnesses are made and varities in the hospital plans and designs are increased. In accordence with the developments in medicine, hospitals provide diagnosis and cure facilities in all branches. Complex and complicated hospital plans have emerged. These complicated designs result in pressure upon both patients and workers in the hospitals which in turn provide a ground for an inefficient health environment. Technological advances and new equipments in diagnosis units created a density between the polyclinics and diagnosis units. There have been increase in service users. There has been an increase patients in polyclinics and diagnosis units. Plan system analysis are implemented in accordence with hospital entrance area user flow and circulation analysis between relevant units and waiting rooms of the relevant units. Natural illumination is used. Spatial extentions are investigated. The effects of the notion of direction finding and the determination of distances between the units on patients are anlaysed. Dense areas of circulation is organised. Visual accessiability and functional comfort analysis are taken as the main criteria. The operations in the polyclinics and diagnosis units in the hospitals are examined within the scope of the thesis. It is expected to reach healthy results and data sets as the result of the analysis since State Hospitals provide services in equal conditions. In this sphere, Batman Regional State Hospital, Kızıltepe State Hospital, Kurtalan State Hospital and Midyat State Hospital are examined and analysed. It is expected that the results of these examinations would provide resource for future hospital plans and designs and that they would be evaluated in accordence with these criteria.
