Özet
Spor tarihsel süreç içerisinde her zaman kendisine yer bulsa da özellikle yakın dönemde etkileri her geçen gün daha da artmış ve çok boyutlu yönleriyle önem arz eden kavramlar arasında yer almaya başlamıştır. Önceleri daha sınırlı bir çevrede ve az sayıda insan tarafından yapılan spor faaliyetleri, öncelikle olimpiyatlar ve ardından da futbol başta olmak üzere farklı uluslararası organizasyonlarla neredeyse bütün dünyayı tesiri altına almaya başlamıştır. Ekonomik, siyasi, sosyal ve kültürel vb. birçok boyutu bulunan spor kavramı küreselleşmenin etkisinin en başta gelen örneklerinden birini teşkil etmektedir. Bu çerçevede sporun hem milli hem de uluslararası siyasetle etkileşimi günümüzde eskisine oranla daha ciddi seviyededir. Çok farklı yönleri olan sporun siyasetle münasebeti, etkileşimi her daim gündemde olan bir konu olarak kendisine yer bulmuştur. Geniş kitlelerin ilgisini çeken spor kavramı, tarihin her döneminde insanların idaresinde rol almak isteyen siyasilerce farklı yöntemlerle siyasetin içerisine dâhil edilmeye ve bir şekilde ilişki içerisinde olmaya çalışılmıştır. Siyasetçiler spor siyaset ilişkisi içerisinde sporun gücünden ve kitleler üstündeki etkisinden bazı faydalar kazanmayı hedeflemiştir. Siyaset ve spor kavramlarının müşterek noktasını teşkil eden kitleleri etkilemek maksadıyla siyasiler sporun pozitif taraflarından istifade ederek bunda bazen ciddi başarılar elde etmiştir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, uluslararası sportif başarılara katkı sağlayan politikaların Türk sporundaki yerini spor yöneticilerinin bakış açısıyla incelemek, Türk sporunun daha başarılı olması için çözüm önerileri geliştirmektir.

Although sports has always found a place for itself in the historical process, its effects have increased day by day, especially in the recent period, and it has started to take place among the concepts that are important with its multidimensional aspects. Sports activities, which were previously carried out in a more limited environment and by a small number of people, have begun to influence almost the whole world with different international organizations, primarily the Olympics and then football. Economic, political, social and cultural etc. The concept of sport, which has many dimensions, is one of the foremost examples of the impact of globalization. In this context, the interaction of sports with both national and international politics is more serious today than in the past. The relationship and interaction of sports with politics, which has many different aspects, has always found a place for itself as a topic on the agenda. The concept of sport, which attracts the attention of large masses, has been tried to be included in politics with different methods by politicians who want to take a role in the administration of people in every period of history and to be in a relationship in some way. Politicians aimed to gain some benefits from the power of sports and its effect on the masses in the relationship between sports and politics. In order to influence the masses, which constitute the common point of the concepts of politics and sports, politicians have sometimes achieved serious success by taking advantage of the positive sides of sports. The aim of this research is to examine the place of policies that contribute to international sporting achievements in Turkish sports from the perspective of sports managers, and to develop solutions for Turkish sports to be more successful.
