Özet
Die vorliegende Masterarbeit mit dem Titel „Arbeitsmarktintegration von türkischen MigrantInnen in Österreich" beschäftigt sich mit den möglichen Auswirkungen der Migration auf der Arbeitsmarkt- und Integrationssituation der türkischen MigrantInnen in Österreich. Diese Masterarbeit geht einerseits der Frage nach, wie sieht die Arbeitssituation von türkischen Migranten im Erwerbsalter (zwischen 15 und 64 Jahren) in Österreich hinsichtlich Arbeitslosigkeit und Erwerbsbeteiligung aus und andererseits, welche Faktoren sind für die Arbeitsmarktintegration von türkischen MigrantInnen in Österreich ausschlaggebend. In der theoretischen Auseinandersetzung mit diesem Thema werden wesentliche Begriffe, rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen, Erwerbstätigkeit von türkischen MigrantInnen sowie Integrations- und Migrationspolitik in Österreich näher diskutiert. Im empirischen Teil dieser Masterarbeit wurden sechs leitfadengestützte ExpertInneninterviews in Bezug auf Migration und Integration durchgeführt und dieser Teil gibt Einblicke in die aktuellen Situationen der türkischen MigrantInnen in Österreich. Diese Arbeit hat das Ziel aus empirischen und theoretischen Ergebnissen herauszukristallisieren, mit welchen Problemen türkische MigrantInnen bei der Jobsuche und in der Arbeitsstellung in Österreich konfrontiert werden

The present master's thesis entitled“Labor Market Integration of Turkish Migrants in Austria”deals with the possible effects of migration on the work and integration situation of Turkish migrants. On the one hand, this thesis addresses the question of what is the working situation of Turkish migrants of working age (between 15 and 64 years) in Austria in terms of unemployment and labor force participation, and on the other hand, which factors are decisive for the labor market integration of Turkish migrants. In the theoretical discussion of these topic essential concepts, legal framework conditions, gainful employment of Turkish migrants as well as integration and migration policy in Austria are discussed in more detail. In the empirical part of this master thesis, six expert interviews were conducted on migration and integration, and this part provides insights into the current situation of Turkish migrants in Austria. Through the empirical and theoretical findings were targeted in this work, with which problems Turkish migrants confront in finding a job and in the working position in Austria.
