Özet
21. Yüzyıl ile yapıların planlanma, tasarlanma, projelendirilme, üretilme ve işletilme aşamalarında zaman ve maliyet tasarrufu yapılabilmesi sebebiyle Yapı Bilgi Modellemesi (YBM) sıkça kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Kültür varlıklarının belgelenmesi, korunması ve yeniden işlevlendirilmesi için sunduğu avantajlar sebebiyle YBM, tarihi çevre koruma ve restorasyon alanında da tercih edilmektedir. Tarihi Yapı Bilgi Modellemesi (TYBM) bu kapsamda gelişen bir kavramdır. TYBM ile oluşturulan modeller yapının tüm yaşam döngüsü boyunca kullanılmaktadırlar. Ancak oluşturulan modele ve modele işlenen verilere erişim ve bu verileri kullanım için genellikle modelleme programlarını kullanmaya yönelik bilgi gerekmektedir. Bu nedenle alanda uzman olmayan kişiler veya bu programlara hâkim olmayan paydaşlar tarafından bu verilere kolayca erişim sağlanamamaktadır. Bu çalışma kapsamında, İzmit Pertev Mehmet Paşa Camii özelinde TYBM modeli oluşturulması süreci irdelenmiş ve sanal ortamda web sitesi oluşturularak modelleme programı bilgisi olmayan paydaşların da model ile etkileşime geçebileceği yeni bir çevre önerilmiştir.

In the 21st century, Building Information Modeling (BIM) has been used frequently in the planning, design, project design, production and operation of buildings. BIM is also preferred in the field of historical environment protection and restoration due to the advantages it offers for the documentation, protection and re-functioning of cultural assets. Historical Building Information Modeling (HBIM) is a developing concept in this context. Models created with HBIM are used throughout the entire life cycle of the project, such as planning, design, project planning, construction and operation. However, knowledge of using modeling programs is generally required to access and use the created model and the data processed in the model. For this reason, these data cannot be easily accessed by people who are not experts in the field or stakeholders who do not have knowledge of these programs. Within the scope of this study, the process of creating a HBIM model for the İzmit Pertev Mehmet Paşa Mosque was examined and a new environment was created where stakeholders who do not have knowledge of the modeling program can interact with the model by creating a web site in the virtual environment.
