Özet
Günümüz dünya dinleri arasında en çok mensubu olan din Hristiyanlıktır. Anadolu'da Erken Hristiyanlık tarihine ilişkin birçok kilise, manastır ve mezar yapısı bulunmaktadır. Bu eserler ve Hristiyanlığın tarihsel sürecinde yaşanan tüm gelişmeler, Anadolu'nun inanç turizmi değerlerini oluşturmaktadır. Milyonlarca Hristiyan turistin inancı doğrultusunda seyahatler gerçekleştirdiği göz önüne alındığında (CBI Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 2020), inanç turizmi pazarının büyük bir kısmının Hristiyanlardan oluştuğu anlaşılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Anadolu'da Hristiyanlık ve inanç turizmi fenomenolojik bir yaklaşımla ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın temel amacı: Turist rehberlerinin Hristiyan dinine mensup turistlerle gerçekleştirdikleri inanç turizmi deneyimlerini keşfetmeye çalışmaktır. Bu deneyimlerin özüne ulaşabilmek için inanç turlarında tecrübeli turist rehberleriyle derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular hem içerik analizi hem de betimsel analizle yorumlanmıştır. Turist rehberlerinin deneyimleri ile Anadolu ve Hristiyanlık arasındaki ilişkinin inanç turizmine olan etkileri çözümlenmiş ve tablolar şeklinde sunulmuştur. Katılımcılara inanç turizmi, Anadolu'da Hristiyanlığın tarihsel süreci, inanç turları ve rehberlerin tur yönetim becerilerine dair sorular yöneltilmiştir. Sorulara verilen yanıtlar kodlara indirgenerek belirli temalar altında birleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, turist rehberlerinin inanç turizmi deneyimlerinin; rollerden, sorumluluklardan, görüşlerden, sorunlardan ve önerilerden oluştuğu keşfedilmiştir.

Today, Christianity is the religion with the largest number of followers among world religions. Anatolia is home to numerous churches, monasteries, and tomb structures that are related to Early Christian history. These sites, along with the overall developments in the historical process of Christianity, contribute to the faith tourism values of Anatolia. Considering that millions of Christians embark on faith-based journeys (CBI Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 2020), it becomes evident that a significant portion of the faith tourism market consists of Christians. This study adopts a phenomenological approach to examine Christianity and faith tourism in Anatolia. The primary objective of the study is to explore the faith tourism experiences of tourist guides who accompany Christian tourists. In-depth interviews were conducted with experienced tourist guides who specialize in faith tours in order to capture the essence of these experiences. The findings were analyzed through both content analysis and descriptive analysis. The impact of tourist guides' experiences and the relationship between Anatolia and Christianity on faith tourism were analyzed and presented in tables. Participants were asked questions regarding faith tourism, the historical development of Christianity in Anatolia, faith tours, and the tour management skills of guides. The responses were coded and categorized into specific themes. The findings indicate that the faith tourism experiences of tourist guides encompass roles, responsibilities, opinions, challenges and suggestions.
