Özet
“İmam Şâfiî'nin er-Risâlesi ile Cessâs'ın el-Fusûl fi'l-Usûl'ünün Haber, Hadîs ve Sünnet kavramları çerçevesinde mukayesesi”ismini verdiğimiz yüksek lisans tez çalışmamız giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Kur'ân-ı Kerîm ve Hz. Peygamber'in hadîs usulüne kaynaklık teşkil edecek ayet ve hadislere yer verdikten sonra Etbau't-Tabiîn'e kadar süreç ifade edilmekte ve bu şekilde hadîs usulünün İmam Şâfiî ve Cessâs'a kadar ki süreçte gelişimi ele alınmakta olup devamında müelliflerin hayatlarına ve ilmi şahsiyetlerine dair biyografik bilgilere yer verilmektedir. İkinci bölüm ise çalışmamızın asıl noktasını oluşturmakta ve bu bölümde eserlerin söz konusu kavramlar çerçevesinde genelden özele gidecek şekilde haber, hadîs ve sünnet kavramlarına dair mukayesesini içermektedir. Söz konusu mukayesede haber kavramıyla başlayıp müelliflerin haber taksimlerine ve bu kavram altında oldukça detaylı olarak ele aldıkları haber-i vahid kavramına dair görüşlerini ifade etmektedir. haber kavramının hemen akabinde hadîs kavramı ve hadîs kavramı altında ele alınan konulara yer verilmektedir. Son olarak ise müelliflerin bütün bu görüşleri ışığında sünnet anlayışlarına dair görüşlerine yer verilmiştir. Bütün bu bölüm öncelikle İmam Şâfiî'nin akabinde Cessâs'ın görüşleri ele alınmış olup ve iki görüşü de ifade ettikten sonra mukayese başlığı altında değerlendirmelere yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümün sonunda genel bir değerlendirme yapılarak tez sona ermektedir.

Our master's thesis, which we named as“Comparison of Imam Shafii's er-Risâle and Cessâs' al-Fusûl fi'l-Usûl, within the framework of the concepts of Khabar, Hadith and Sunnah”consists of an introduction and two parts. In the first chapter, the verses of the Qur'an and the hadiths and practices of the Prophet that will constitute a source for the hadith method are given. Then, the process until etbau't-Tabiîn is expressed and the process of hadith method is discussed in this way, and then biographical information about the lives and scientific personalities of the authors is given. The second part constitutes the main point of our study and includes the comparison of the works on the concepts of Khabar, Hadith and Sunnah, going from general to specific within the framework of the aforementioned concepts. In the mentioned comparison, it starts with the concept of Khabar and expresses the opinions of the authors about the Khabar divisions and the concept of Khabar-i vahid, which they discussed in detail under this concept. Immediately after the concept of Khabar, the concept of Hadith and the issues discussed under the concept of Hadith are included. Finally, by considering all these views of the authors, their views on the understanding of Sunnah are given. In this whole section, firstly, the views of Imam Shafii after el-Jassas are discussed and after expressing both views, evaluations are given under the title of comparison. At the end of the second part, a general evaluation is made and the thesis ends.
