Özet
Nesh problemi tefsir usulünde tartışma konusu edilen önemli meselelerden biridir. Neshin var olduğunu savunanlar tarafından savaş âyetleriyle neshedildiği iddia edilen âyetlerden bir tanesi de“Dinde zorlama yoktur, doğruluk sapkınlıktan apaçık ayrılmıştır…”mealindeki el-Bakara 2/256. âyetidir. Nesh ve ikrah kavramlarını odak noktası edinen ve dört bölümden oluşan bu çalışmanın ilk bölümünde nesh ile ilgili genel bilgiler verilmiştir. Nesh kavramının tanımı ve geçirmiş olduğu anlamsal dönüşümün araştırıldığı bu bölümde ayrıca tahsis kavramıyla olan farkları incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde farklı ekollerden oluşan kaynaklar aracılığıyla âyetin tefsir literatüründeki yeri ortaya konmuştur. Çalışmanın asıl hedefini oluşturan üçüncü bölümde, neshedildiği yönündeki iddialar araştırılmış, konu hakkındaki farklı görüşlere ve delillerine yer verilmiştir. Sonuncu bölümde çalışmanın diğer odak noktası olan ikrah ve âyetin ikrahla olan bağlantısı sebebiyle ortaya çıkan cihad ve irtidat kavramlarıyla ilişkisi incelenerek neticede âyetin nesh bağlamında anlaşılması hedeflenmiştir.

The problem of naskh is one of the most important issues debated in the method of tafsir. One of the verses that is claimed to have been abrogated by those who argue for the existence of naskh is the verse al-Baqarah 2/256, which reads“There is no compulsion in religion, and the truth is clearly separated from error...”. In the first part of this study, which focuses on the concepts of naskh and iqrah and consists of four chapters, general information about naskh is given. In this section, the definition of the concept of naskh and the semantic transformation it has undergone are investigated, and its differences with the concept of allocation are examined. In the second part, the place of the verse in the tafsir literature is revealed through sources from different schools. In the third chapter, which constitutes the main target of the study, the allegations that it was abrogated were investigated, and different opinions on the subject and their evidences were included. In the last section, the other focal point of the study, iqrah, and its relationship with the concepts of jihad and apostasy, which emerged due to the verse's connection with iqrah, are examined, and ultimately, it is aimed to understand the verse in the context of abrogation.
