Özet
This study examines the position of usul al-hadiths among the academic circles in Turkey with a focus on two books Nukhbah al-fikar and Nuzhah al-nazar in the seventh and eighteenth centuries. The number of the works on these two books are not known and their content has not been studied descriptively, analytically, and not evaluated in terms of features and criticisms yet. The study also reveals the importance of the works on two books, Nukhbah al-fikar and Nuzhah al-nazar, which are seven at total. It shows the extent of interaction between the Arab world and Turkish academic circles on the usul alhadiths. Thus, it contributes to build cultural bridges in the sciences of hadith between the Arab world and Turkey. This study relies on the inductive, descriptive, analytical and critical approach. After studying these works and this period from the point of view of the methodology of usul al hadiths, the study reached a set of results. Amog the most important of them are: the teaching of the methodology of usul al hadiths, in particular the two books Nukhbah al-fikar and Nuzhah al-nazar spreaded in the seventeenth century, and as a result writing began on them. Most of the works that were written on them were for the purpose of serving the teaching process and facilitating it in Ottoman madrasahs. It revealed the important sources of Turkish scholars, the prominent scientific additions to two book of Ibn Hajar in the various fields of science, the characteristics of Turkish scholars, and their methods of authorship.
