Özet

Amaç: Mini Gastrik Bypass sonrası reflü ve komplikasyonları tartışmalı bir konudur. Biz çalışmamızda mini gastrik bypass sonrası gelişebilen gastroözefageal ve biliyer reflüyü etkileyen sebepleri araştırmayı amaçladık. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya 1 Kasım 2016 – 31 Aralık 2022 tarihleri arasında Adana Şehir Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Genel Cerrahi Kliniğinde Mini Gastrik Bypass cerrahisi uygulanan 18-65 yaş arasındaki hastalar dahil edildi. Hastaların yaş, cinsiyet, preoperatif vücut kitle indeksi, preoperatif dönemde yapılan gastroskopide hiatal herni ve helicobacter pylori enfeksiyonu varlığı, preoperatif ve postoperatif dönemde tip-2- diabetes mellitus, hipertansiyon hastalıklarının varlığı, preoperatif ve postoperatif sigara ve alkol kullanımı, postoperatif dönemde vücut kitle indeksi hastane veri kayıt sisteminden retrospektif olarak bakıldı. Preoperatif evrede ve postoperatif 6. ay ve 1. yıl sonunda semptomlara göre reflüyü değerlendirmek için GerdQ reflü semptom veri anketi yapıldı ve sonuçlar karşılaştırıldı. Bulgular: Çalışmamızda toplam 256 hasta olup hastalarımızın yaş ortalaması 44,51±10,07'dir. Hastalarımızın 182'si kadın 74'ü erkektir. Hastalarımızın preoperatif dönemdeki Vücut Kitle İndeksi ortalaması 47,8±8,32, postoperatif 1. yıl kontrollerinde ise Vücut Kitle İndeksi ortalaması 28,05±5,44 olarak ölçüldü. Çalışmamızda preoperatif şiddetli reflüsü olan hasta oranımız %42,7 iken postoperatif 1. yıldaki kontrollerinde şiddetli reflüsü olan hasta oranımızın %7,8'e düştüğü bulundu. Objective: Reflux and its complications after Mini Gastric Bypass are a controversial issue. In our study, we aimed to investigate the causes affecting gastroesophageal and biliary reflux that may develop after mini gastric bypass. Methods: Patients between the ages of 18-65 who underwent Mini Gastric Bypass surgery at Adana City Training and Research Hospital General Surgery Clinic between November 1, 2016 and December 31, 2022 were included in the study. Patients' age, gender, preoperative body mass index, presence of hiatal hernia and helicobacter pylori infection in gastroscopy performed in the preoperative period, presence of type-2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension diseases in the preoperative and postoperative period, preoperative and postoperative smoking and alcohol use, body mass index in the postoperative period. It was viewed retrospectively from the hospital data recording system. GerdQ reflux symptom data survey was performed to evaluate reflux according to symptoms in the preoperative phase and at the end of the 6th month and 1st year postoperatively, and the results were compared. Results: There were a total of 256 patients in our study and the average age of our patients was 44.51±10.07. 182 of our patients are women and 74 are men. The average Body Mass Index of our patients in the preoperative period was measured as 47.8±8.32, and at the 1st postoperative follow-up, the average Body Mass Index was measured as 28.05±5.44.
