Özet
Bu araştırmada toplumsal tefsir hakkında bilgi verilmiş ve Seyyid Kutub'un Fi Zalali'l- Kur'ân adlı eserinin tefsirinde toplumsal sorunlar yönelik çözüm önerileri ele alınmıştır. Çalışma bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın problemi, amacı ve nedenleri ile araştırma metodolojisi hakkında bir konuşma yer alırken, giriş bölümünde Seyyid Kutub'un sosyal ve bilimsel hayatından, bilimsel faaliyetlerinden, İslam düşüncesinin zenginleşmesine etkisinden bahsedilmektedir. Ayrıca Seyyid Kutub'un yaşadığı dönemden ve o dönemde var olan siyasi, sosyal ve ekonomik sorunlardan bahsedilmiştir. Birinci bölümde sosyalojik tefsir kavramı ve bu ikisinin kökeni, gelişimi ve nedenleri açıklanmış; amaçları, önemi ve sosyal yorum ile sosyoloji arasındaki farklardan bahsedilmiştir. Çalışmanın odak noktasını oluşturan ikinci bölümde ise eğitim ekonomi, haklar, dini ve laik yaşam, sosyal adalet gibi toplumsal konular ele alınmıştır. İslam dünyası kadim geçmişmişine rağmen sömürü, yanlış dini yorumlar ve cehalet gibi sebeplerden dolayı problemler yaşamaktadır. Seyyid Kutub, Mısır'daki gözlemlerine dayanarak Kur'an'ın hakkındaki inceleme ve yorumunda bu sorunları dile getirerek çözüm önerileri sunmaktadır. Bu çalışma bu önerilerin İslam dünyasının temeli olduğunu, aydınlanmaya ve sorunların çözümüne katkıda sağlayacağını ortaya koymaktadır. ele aldığı sorunlar ve önerdiği çözüm önerilerinin detaylı bir şekilde ele alınacağını ve alandaki güncel araştırmalardan yararlanılacağını göstermektedir. Bu tezde İslam dünyasındaki sosyoloji alanındaki güncel araştırmalardan ve Tefsir alanındaki diğer çalışmalardan yararlanılarak sorunlar değerlendirilecek ve bilimsel çözüm önerileri getirilecektir.

In this research, information about social commentary was given and solution suggestions for social problems were discussed in the commentary of Seyyid Qutb's work titled Fi Zılali'l- Kur'an. The study consists of an introduction and two parts. While there is a conversation about the problem, purpose and reasons of the study and the research methodology in the introduction, the social and scientific life of Sayyid Qutb, his scientific activities and his influence on the enrichment of Islamic thought are mentioned in the introduction. In addition, the period in which Sayyid Qutb lived and the political, social and economic problems that existed at that time were mentioned. In the first chapter, the concept of sociological hermeneutics and the origin, development and reasons of these two are explained; Their purposes, importance and differences between social commentary and sociology are mentioned. In the second part, which is the focus of the study, social issues such as education, economy, rights, religious and secular life, and social justice are discussed. Despite its ancient history, the Islamic world is experiencing problems due to reasons such as exploitation, wrong religious interpretations and ignorance. Sayyid Qutb expresses these problems and offers solutions in his analysis and interpretation of the Quran, based on his observations in Egypt. This study reveals that these suggestions are the basis of the Islamic world and will contribute to enlightenment and solution of problems. It shows that the problems it addresses and the solutions it proposes will be discussed in detail and current research in the field will be benefited from. In this thesis, the problems will be evaluated and scientific solutions will be proposed by making use of current research in the field of sociology in the Islamic world and other studies in the field of Tafsir.
