Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında“Çerkeşîzâde Mehmet Tevfîk Efendi'nin Risâletü'l-Hamîdiyye-Risâle Fî Kabûli't-Tevbe Adlı Eserinin Tahlil, Tercüme Ve İlmi Neşri”başlıklı tezimiz incelenmiştir. Tezimiz bağlamında ele aldığımız Hamîdiyye Risâlesi, tevbe ve tevbe bahisleri etrafında Ehl-i sünnet ulemasının eserlerinden fikirlerinin nakledildiği reddiye ve derleme mahiyetinde klasik ilim geleneğine göre şerh türü Arapça bir eserdir. Tezimizin girişinde Hamîdiyye Risâlesi ve müellifi Çerkeşîzâde Mehmed Tevfîk Efendi hakkında bilgiler verildi. İki kısma ayırdığımız tahlil bölümünde önce eserde kullanılan kaynakların tahlili yapıldı. İslami ilimler arasında en çok kelam ilmine ait bu kaynakların çoğunlukla klâsik ilim geleneğine göre yazılmış şerh türünde olduğu müelifleri ile birlikte özellikleri açıklandı. Muhtevasının tahlilinde risalenin mutevasında geçen tevbe meseleleri ve yoğun şekilde büyük günahın affı için tevbeyi kula ve tevbeyi kabul etmenin de Allah'a vacip/zorunlu olması meselesi ele alınmıştır. Bu görüşleri iddia eden Mutezile'ye karşı Ehl-i sünnet uleması, büyük günahın affında tevbe etmenin kula vacip olmadığını Allah'ın dileğine kaldığını ve şartları yerine getirilen tevbenin kabulünün Allah'a vacip olmadığını, Allah'ın ancak vaadi gereği fazileti ve ihsanıyla tevbeyi kabul edeceğini belirtmişlerdir. Ayrıca vücub meselesini ve diğer tevbe meselelerini ilgili kelamî konular ve ilgili ayet-i kerime ve hadis-i şeriflerle izah etmişlerdir. Böylece tevbenin vücubiyeti hakkında hem Mutezile hemde Ehl-i sünnet'in görüşlerinin delilleri ele alındı. Sonra risalenin Türkçe tercümesi yapıldı. En son da eserin ilmi neşrinde müellifin nakilde bulunduğu metinlerin kaynakların yerleri ile bu kaynaklar ve müelliflerini tanıtan bilgiler dipnotlarla gösterildi. Neticede Hamîdiyye Risâlesi, tezimizde tüm yönleriyle derinlemesine incelenmiştir. Böylece eserin tahlili, tercümesi ve ilmi neşrini yapılarak ilim dünyası ve okuyucunun hizmetine sunulmuştur.

In this thesis study, our thesis titled“Analysis, Translation and Scientific Publication of Çerkeşîzâde Mehmet Tevfîk Efendi's Work Named Risâletü'l-Hamîdiyye-Risâle Fî Kabûli't-Tevbe”was examined. Hamîdiyye Treatise, which we discussed in the context of our thesis, is an Arabic work of commentary type according to the classical scientific tradition, in the nature of a refutation and compilation, in which the ideas of the Ahl al-Sunnah scholars are conveyed from the works of the Ahl al-Sunnah scholars around the subjects of repentance and repentance. In the introduction of our thesis, information was given about the Hamîdiyye Treatise and its author Çerkeşîzâde Mehmed Tevfîk Efendi. In the analysis section, which we divided into two parts, first the sources used in the work were analyzed. It was explained that these sources, which mostly belong to the science of kalam among Islamic sciences, are mostly in the type of commentaries written according to the classical science tradition, and their characteristics together with their authors. In the analysis of its content, the issues of repentance mentioned in the text of the treatise and the issue of repentance being obligatory on the servant and accepting repentance on God for the forgiveness of major sins were discussed intensively. Against the Mu'tazilites who claim these views, the scholars of Ahl al-Sunnah state that it is not obligatory for the person to repent for the forgiveness of a major sin, it is up to Allah's will, and that it is not obligatory for Allah to accept repentance when the conditions are met, and that Allah only accepts repentance with His virtue and benevolence as per His promise They stated that they would. In addition, they explained the issue of obligation and other issues of repentance with relevant theological issues and relevant verses and hadiths. Thus, the evidence of the views of both Mu'tazila and Ahl al-Sunnah regarding the necessity of repentance was discussed. Then the Turkish translation of the treatise was made. Finally, the locations of the sources of the texts quoted by the author in the scholarly publication of the work and information introducing these sources and their authors were shown with footnotes. As a result, Hamîdiyye Treatise has been examined in depth in all its aspects in our thesis. Thus, the work was analyzed, translated and scientifically published and presented to the service of the scientific world and the reader.
