Özet
Deniz işletmeciliğinin önemli bir alt alanı olan deniz taşımacılığı, dünya ticaretinde ve ithalat-ihracat yüklerinin taşınmasında büyük bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, gemi acente işletmelerinin kuruluş yeri seçiminde önemli faktörler ve bölgelerin analiz edilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmada ÇKKV tekniklerinden AHP ve TOPSİS yöntemleri uygulanarak anket bulguları değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçlar, gemi acente kuruluş yeri seçiminde en önemli faktörün bölgedeki ithalat/ihracat potansiyeli olduğunu göstermiştir. Bunu, bölgenin konumu ve hinterlant genişliği, rekabet yoğunluğu, maliyet, ulaşım kolaylığı, bölge ekonomisi, kalifiye eleman potansiyeli ve lojistik köylerinin varlığı takip etmektedir. Marmara ve Ege Bölgeleri, yüksek potansiyelleri nedeniyle gemi acente işletmeleri için en uygun bölgeler olarak öne çıkmaktadır.

Maritime transportation, which is an important sub-field of maritime business, plays a major role in world trade and transportation of import-export cargoes. In this study, it is aimed to analyze the important factors and regions in the selection of the establishment location of ship agency enterprises. In the study, AHP and TOPSIS methods, which are two of the CRM techniques, were applied and the survey findings were evaluated. The results show that the most important factor in the selection of the location of the ship agency is the import/export potential of the region. This is followed by the location of the region and the width of the hinterland, intensity of competition, cost, ease of transportation, regional economy, potential for qualified personnel and the presence of logistics villages. Marmara and Aegean Regions stand out as the most suitable regions for ship agency businesses due to their high potential.
