Özet
Çevre sorunları gün geçtikçe artan ve sürdürülebilir dünya ekosistemine zarar veren bir olgudur. Küçük yaşlarda çocuklara verilecek olan çevre bilinci eğitimi ile gelecekte çevreye karşı duyarlı nesiller yetiştirebilir. Teknolojik oyunlar çocukların eğlenmelerini ve aynı zamanda öğrenmelerini sağlayabilir. Günümüz çocuklarının teknolojik aletlerle geçirdiği zamanı düşündüğümüzde, çevre bilinci tabanlı teknolojik oyun eğitimi ile çevreye karşı daha duyarlı nesiller yetiştirilebilir. Bu çalışmada, 6. sınıf öğrencilerinin çevre bilincini artırmak ve bilgi düzeylerini geliştirmek için teknolojik oyunların etkisi sınanmıştır. Bu amaç için Giresun Merkez ilçede rastgele seçilen dört farklı devlet ilköğretim okulunun 6. sınıfında eğitim öğretim gören 287 öğrenci seçilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulguları, II. İlköğretim Öğrencileri Çevre Tutum Ölçeği (İÇTÖ) ve Çevre Sorunlarına Yönelik Başarı Testi (ÇSYBT) ön ve son test değerlerinin analizine dayanmaktadır. İÇTÖ'nin ön test ortalaması 79,38, son test ortalaması ise 84,07 olarak belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, ÇSYBT'nin ön test ortalaması 11,28, son test ortalaması 17,63 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, bu çalışma öğrencilerin çevre bilinci ve tutumlarının, teknolojik oyunlar aracılığıyla önemli ölçüde geliştirildiğini ortaya koymaktadır.

The prevalence of environmental issues is increasing at an alarming rate, resulting in the irreversible degradation of the planet's ecosystems. Early childhood education that incorporates environmental awareness can foster the growth of future generations with a deep sense of environmental responsibility. Technological applications have the potential to engage children in both learning and recreation simultaneously. Given the significant amount of time children currently dedicate to digital devices, environmental awareness-based technological game education has the potential to cultivate a new generation of environmentally conscious individuals. The present study aimed to assess the impact of technological games on the environmental awareness and knowledge levels of sixth-grade students. To this aim, a random sample of 287 sixth-grade students from four different state primary schools in the Giresun Central District was selected. The findings of the study are based on an analysis of the pre- and post-test values of the Secondary School Students' Environmental Attitude Scale (EAS) and the Environmental Problems Achievement Test (EPAT). The mean score on the EAS pre-test was 79.38, while the mean score on the post-test was 84.07. Similarly, the mean score on the EPAT pre-test was 11.28, while the mean score on the post-test was 17.63. To summarize, the findings of the present study demonstrate that the implementation of technological games has a notable impact on enhancing students' environmental awareness and attitudes.
