Özet
Kıraat ilmi Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'i anlamada bizlere okuma kolaylığı sağlayan, anlam zenginliği ve çeşitliliği sunan Kur'ân ilimlerindendir. Üzerinde çalıştığımız Risâle-i Verşiyye isimli eserin müellifi Abdülkerim b. Mustafa olup Güzel Baba diye meşhurdur. Kırâate dair iki eseri tespit edilmiştir. Râ ve Lâm harfiyle alakalı yapılmış çalışmalardan birisi, Risâle-i Verşiyye'dir. Bu çalışmamızda Osmanlının son zamanlarında yaşamış Güzel Baba, (Abdülkerim b. Mustafa) kurrâ hafızlardan birinin talebi doğrultusunda İmam-ı Verş'in Râ ve Lâm harfindeki okuyuşlarını dile getirdiği, aktardığı bir risaleyi Kıraat ilmi açısından inceledik. Râ ve Lâm özelinde kıraat ihtilaflarına kapsamlı bir şekilde yer veren bu eserdeki konuları gerek kendinden önce gerek kendinden sonra yapılan çalışmalarla destekleyip değerlendirdik. Çalışma, bir giriş ve üç bölümden meydan gelmektedir. Giriş bölümünde; çalışmanın konusu, amacı, yöntemi, literatür değerlendirmesi, kaynaklar, zikredilmiştir. Birinci bölümde; kıraat ilmine genel bakış ile ilgili olarak kıraat ilminin tanımı, kıraat ilminin tarihçesi yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümde; kıraat imamları ve görüşleri incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Risâle-i Verşiyye'nin (Güzel Baba) transkripsiyonu ve günümüz Türkçe tercümesi verilmiştir.

The science of recitation is one of the sciences of the Quran that provides ease of reading, richness of meaning and variety in understanding the Holy Quran. The author of the work called Risale-i Vershiyye that we are working on is Abdulkerim b. Mustafa and he is famous as Güzel Baba. Two of his works on recitation have been identified. One of the studies conducted on the letters Ra and Lam is Risale-i Vershiyye. In this study, upon the request of one of the Qurra hafiz, Güzel Baba (Abdulkerim b. Mustafa) who lived in the last years of the Ottoman Empire, we tried to analyze a treatise in which Imam-i Vershi expressed and conveyed the readings of the letters Ra and Lam in terms of the science of recitation. We supported and evaluated the subjects in this work, which comprehensively covers the recitation disputes in terms of Ra and Lam, with the studies conducted both before and after it. The study consists of an introduction and three sections. In the introduction section; The subject, purpose, method, literature review, sources of the study are mentioned. In the first section; the definition of the science of recitation, the history of the science of recitation are included in relation to the general view of the science of recitation. In the second section; the imams of recitation and their views are examined. In the third section, the transcription of Risale-i Vershiyye (The Beautiful Father) and its current Turkish translation are given.
