Özet
Bu çalışma, Mütareke Dönemi'nde İstanbul merkezli gazetelerde yayımlanan hikâye, roman ve tiyatro metinlerinin tema açısından incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın temel çıkış noktası, işgal altındaki İstanbul'da Millî Mücadele'nin edebî metinlerdeki yansımasını göstermektir. Bununla birlikte zafer ve yenilgilerle kuşatılmış bir milletin, edebî ürünlerdeki diğer eğilimlerini keşfetmektir. Bu amaçla çalışmanın odağında İstanbul merkezli gazete ve dergiler yer almaktadır. Çünkü basın; yalnızca haber aktaran bir mecra değil, aynı zamanda dönemin sosyal, siyasal ve kültürel dinamiklerini yansıtan edebî bir alandır. Bu bağlamda, dönemin İstanbul merkezli önemli gazete ve dergileri taranmış; bu gazete ve dergilerde yer alan kurmacaya dayalı metinler tematik açıdan sınıflandırılmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikle dönemin basınının genel durumu, tarihsel ve sosyal koşulları özetlenmiş, ardından incelenen gazete ve dergilerdeki edebî metinlerin Millî Mücadele ile kurduğu dolaylı ya da doğrudan ilişkiler değerlendirilmiştir. Diğer taraftan çalışma, yalnızca Millî Mücadele temasıyla sınırlı kalmayıp farklı temaları da inceleme kapsamına almıştır. Bu temalar aracılığıyla, dönemin edebî metinlerinde hangi değerlerin öne çıkarıldığı, toplumsal ve siyasal ortamın nasıl algılandığı ortaya koyulmuştur.

This study aims to examine the themes of stories, novels, and theater texts published in Istanbul-based newspapers during the Armistice Period. However, victories and defeats are means to discover the other tendencies of an besieged nation in literary works. For this purpose, the focus of the study is on newspapers and magazines based in Istanbul. Because the press; It is not merely a medium for conveying news, but also a literary arena reflecting the social, political, and cultural dynamics of the period. In this context, major newspapers and magazines centered in Istanbul during the period were scanned; and the fiction-based texts contained in these newspapers and magazines were classified thematicallyt merely a medium for conveying news, but also a literary arena reflecting the social, political, and cultural dynamics of the period. In the study, first the general state of the press during the period, its historical and social conditions, is summarized; then the indirect or direct relationships of the literary texts in the newspapers and magazines examined with the National Struggle are evaluated. On the other hand, the study is not limited to the theme of National Struggle, but also covers different themes. Through these themes, it has been revealed which values were highlighted in the literary texts of the period, how the social and political environment was perceived.
