Özet
İletişim teknolojilerindeki hızlı gelişim, küresel ölçekte kültürel etkileşimlerin yoğunlaşmasına ve bireylerin çeşitli sosyal kimliklerle daha sık karşılaşmasına zemin hazırlamaktadır.Bu durum, insanların sosyo-ekonomik durumları, cinsiyetleri, eğitim seviyeleri ve kişisel tercihleri üzerinde etkili olmaktadır. Özellikle gençlerin düşünme biçimlerini etkileyen dijital medya ve bilişim teknolojilerinin kullanımı günümüz modern toplumlarında belirgin bir öneme sahiptir. Türkiye'de modernleşme süreci, kuramsal temellerden ziyade pratik dönüşümler üzerinden ilerlediği için toplumun modernlik kavramına yönelik teorik yaklaşımı sınırlı kalmıştır. Dijital teknolojilerin yaygınlaşması, özellikle mahremiyetin tanımı ve sınırlarının yeniden şekillenmesine yol açmıştır. Küresel kültürel unsurlarla etkileşim, genç kuşaklarda yerel değerler ile küresel modernlik arasında zaman zaman gerilimli bir kültürel etkileşim alanı oluşturmuştur. u nedenle, küresel köy haline gelen günümüz toplumunda kültürel çeşitlilik artmakta ve Küresel ölçekte toplumsal değerlerde hızlı bir dönüşüm yaşanmakta olup bu süreç bazı topluluklar tarafından 'değer erozyonu' olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Gençler, Batı medeniyetinden neyi anladılar? Çevrelerinden, ailelerinden, öğretmenlerinden kısacası, hayatlarında etkili olan her kesimden maddi ve manevi boşlukları dolduramadıkları için, bu boşlukları yanlış kanallarla doldurma eğiliminde bulundular. Bu durumun sebepleri sıklıkla tartışılsa da sonuçları giderek daha karmaşık bir hal almaktadır. Bu araştırma da, özellikle gençlerin yeni teknolojilere olan ilgisi ve onlarla geçirdikleri zamanın artmasıyla birlikte, hızla yayılan dijitalleşme sürecinin değerlerden kopuşa etkisi, sonuçları ve çözüm yolları üzerine odaklanılmaktadır. Planlanan çalışmada, sokakta yaşayan genç bireylerin Ağrı ve çevre ilçelere göre sayısının fazla olması, geniş aile yapısının çözülmesi, madde kullanımı ve şiddetin artması gibi faktörler incelenecek ve Doğubayazıt'ta lise eğitimi alan gençlere Dijital Bağımlılık Ölçeği ve İnsani Değerler Ölçeği uygulanarak sonuçlar değerlendirilecektir.

The use of digital media and information technologies, which especially affect the thinking styles of young people, has a significant importance in today's modern societies. Since the modernization process in Turkey proceeds through practical transformations rather than theoretical foundations, society's theoretical approach to the concept of modernity has been limited. Interaction with global cultural elements has created an area of cultural interaction that is sometimes tense between local values and global modernity in young generations. Dec. Therefore, in today's society, which has become a global village, cultural diversity is increasing and there is a rapid transformation in social values on a global scale, and this process is considered as 'value erosion' by some communities. What do young people understand about Western civilization? In short, they tended to fill these gaps with the wrong channels because they could not fill the material and spiritual gaps from their surroundings, their families, their teachers, in all walks of life who were influential in their lives.hat do young people understand about Western civilization? Although the causes of this condition are often discussed, the consequences are becoming increasingly complex. In this research, especially with the increasing interest of young people in new technologies and the time they spend with them, the impact of the rapidly spreading digitalization process on the break from values, its consequences and solutions are focused on. In the planned study, factors such as the high number of young people living on the street compared to the Pain and surrounding districts, the dissolution of the extended family structure, the increase in substance use and violence will be examined, and the results will be evaluated by applying the Digital Addiction Scale and the Human Values Scale to young people receiving high school education in Doğubayazit.
