Özet
Türk mûsikisi, tarihî süreci içerisinde, kültür ögelerinin doğasını oluşturan değişim ve yenilenmeyi yaşamıştır. Türk mûsikisinin dönüşüm ve değişimi toplumsal ve kültürel hayatın zamanla değişen ihtiyaç ve şartlarına bağlı olarak çeşitli vasıtalar aracılığıyla gerçekleşmiştir. Bu değişim, dönüşüm ve uyum süreci, mûsiki kültürünü oluşturan farklı alanlarda gerçekleşmiştir. Türk mûsikisi açısından icranın olduğu gibi nazariyatın da en önemli konularından olan makam ve usûl kavramları, bu alanların en önemlileri arasında sayılabilir. Türk mûsikisinin icra pratiği ve nazariyatının oluşum ve gelişimi, bu sürecin çok önemli bir parçası olarak değerlendirilebilir. Teori ile pratik arasında zaman zaman ortaya çıkan farklılıklar ve uyumsuzluklar, mûsiki teorisinin kendini yenilemesinin; mûsiki teorisinin kendini yenilemesi de icranın farklı açılardan yenilenmesinin ve gelişebilmesinin itici güçlerinden olmuştur. Makam ve usûllerin değişimi ve yenilenmesi, bazen bunların kullanım biçimlerinin farklılaşmasıyla, bazen de yenilerinin üretilmesiyle gerçekleşmiştir. Sözü edilen üretim ve farklılaşmanın, gerçekleştiği döneme göre farklı karakterlere sahip olduğunu ifade etmek mümkündür. Cumhuriyet döneminde terkip edilen makamlar ve usûller hakkında detaylı bir çalışma olmaması sebebiyle hazırlanan bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Cumhuriyet dönemiyle birlikte Türkiye'de toplumsal hayatın farklı ve çeşitli alanlarında görülen köklü değişimlerin Türk mûsikisinde yeni makam ve usûllerin üretiminde oynadığı rolü, bu dönemde üretilen yeni makamları ve usûlleri, bunların taşıdığı özellikleri tespit etmeye odaklanılmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikli olarak makam üretim süreci açısından önemli bir dönem olan 19. yüzyılda terkip edilen makamlar ve usûller ele alınmış, sonra Cumhuriyet döneminde terkip edilen makamlara ve usûllere yer verilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında, Cumhuriyet döneminde terkip edildiği tespit edilebilen 59 makam ve 14 usûl, bu makam ve usûllerden oluşturulan repertuar incelenerek, tanıtılmıştır.

Turkish music has experienced changes and renewals that constitute the nature of cultural elements throughout its historical process. The transformation and change of Turkish music has been realized through various means depending on the changing needs and conditions of social and cultural life over time. This process of change, transformation and adaptation has taken place in different areas that constitute musical culture. The concepts of makam and usul, which are the most important subjects of theory as well as performance in terms of Turkish music, can be considered among the most important of these areas. The formation and development of the performance practice and theory of Turkish music can be evaluated as a very important part of this process. The differences and conflicts that arise from time to time between theory and practice have been the driving forces for the self-renewal of music theory; and the self-renewal of music theory has been the driving force for the renewal and development of performance from different perspectives. The change and renewal of makams and usuls has sometimes occurred by differentiating their usage styles and sometimes by producing new ones. It is possible to state that the production and differentiation in question have different characters depending on the period in which they occurred. This study, which was prepared due to the lack of a detailed study on the makams and usuls composed during the Republican period, was prepared with a qualitative research method, focusing on the role played by the radical changes seen in different and various areas of social life in Turkey with the Republican period in the production of new makams and usuls in Turkish music, the new makams and usuls produced during this period, and the characteristics they carry. In the study, the makams and usuls composed during the 19th century, which was an important period in terms of the makam production process, were first discussed, and then the makams and usuls composed during the Republican period were included. Within the scope of the study, 59 makams and 14 usuls that could be determined to have been composed during the Republican period were introduced by examining the repertoire created from these makams and usuls.
