Özet
Türkiye'de artan enerji tüketimi, sürdürülebilirlik gereklilikleri ve konut yapılarının bina stoku içerisindeki yüksek payı, konut cephe sistemlerinin performanslarının çok kriterli biçimde değerlendirilmesini gerekli kılmaktadır. Literatürde cephe performansına yönelik çalışmaların çoğunlukla enerji ve ısıl performans kriterleri ile sınırlı kaldığı; tüm performans kriterlerinin bütüncül bir şekilde ele alınmadığı belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'deki konut cephe sistemlerinin performanslarının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında ulusal ve uluslararası literatür taranarak içerik analizi yöntemi ile performans değerlendirme kriterleri ile konut cephe sistemi alternatifleri belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen performans kriterlerinin ve performans kriterleri açısından cephe sistemlerinin önem düzeylerinin ortaya konulması amacıyla cephe uzmanları ve cephe uygulayıcılarına yönelik anket gerçekleştirilmiştir. Cephe uzmanları ve cephe uygulayıcılarının yaptığı değerlendirmeler Analitik Hiyerarşi Yöntemi (AHP) yöntemi ile analiz edilmiş; performans kriterlerinin ve farklı cephe sistemlerinin performans kriterlerine göre karşılaştırması yapılmıştır. AHP değerlendirmesi sonucunda, uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda konut cephe sistemlerinin öncelikleri ortaya konmuştur. Bu tez, Türkiye bağlamında konut cephe sistemlerini çok kriterli ve karşılaştırmalı biçimde değerlendiren bir karar çerçevesi önermektedir. Bu yönüyle çalışma, cephe sistemlerini teknik performansları ile değerlendirmekle kalmayıp, aynı zamanda farklı mesleki gruplarının karar verme eğilimlerini ve değerlendirme yaklaşımlarını ortaya koyarak literatüre metodolojik ve uygulama odaklı bir katkı sunmaktadır.

Increasing energy consumption in Türkiye, sustainability requirements, and the high proportion of residential buildings within the overall building stock necessitate the multi-criteria evaluation of the performance of residential façade systems. A review of the literature revealed that studies on façade performance are generally limited to energy and thermal performance criteria, while all performance criteria are not addressed in a holistic manner. This study aims to evaluate the performance of residential façade systems in Türkiye. Within the scope of the study, national and international literature was reviewed, and performance evaluation criteria along with residential façade system alternatives were identified through the content analysis method. In order to determine the importance levels of the identified performance criteria and the façade systems in terms of these criteria, a survey was conducted with façade experts and façade practitioners. The evaluations made by façade experts and façade practitioners were analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, and comparisons were made between the performance criteria and different façade systems according to these criteria. As a result of the AHP analysis, the priorities of residential façade systems were determined based on expert opinions. This thesis proposes a decision-making framework that evaluates residential façade systems in Türkiye in a multi-criteria and comparative manner. In this respect, the study not only evaluates façade systems in terms of their technical performance, but also contributes to the literature methodologically and practically by revealing the decision-making tendencies and evaluation approaches of different professional groups.
