Özet
Bu çalışmada, usul hukuku bakımından davanın açılması veya açılmış bir davanın takip edilebilmesi için vekile verilen davaya vekalet yetkisini ve bu yetkiyi gösteren dava vekaletnameleri incelenecektir. Dava vekaletnameleri isimli tez çalışmamız iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde dava vekaletnamelerinin tanımı ve davaya vekalete uygulanacak kanun hükümleri, davaya vekalet yetkisi verme ehliyetine sahip olan kişiler ile davaya vekalet yetkisinin kimlere verilebileceği konuları ele alınıp incelenecektir. İkinci bölümde ise, davaya vekaletin verilmesi ve dava vekaletnamesinin mahkemeye ibrazı ve ibraz edilmemesinin sonuçları, dava vekaletnamelerinin kötüye kullanılması ile davaya vekaletin sona ermesi incelenecektir.

In this study, the authority given to counsels to represent and the procuracy showing this authority in procedural law for filing or procecuting a suit will be examined. The thesis, Procuracies of Suit, consist of two parts. in part one definition of procuracies of suit and provisions of law applied to representation of a suit, persons entitled to provide representation authority and person who will be given the power to represent the suit will be analyzed. in the part two, giving representation authority and the styles of procuracies, concepts of this procuracies, submitting procuracies to courts and consequences of not submitting procuracies, misuse of procuracies and ending the authority of representation will be examined.
