Özet
Müzik eğitimi ülkemizde konservatuarlar, özel eğitim kurumları ve yaygın eğitim kurumları olmak üzere geniş bir aralığa sahiptir. Çalışmanın ana problemi, Örgün eğitimde müzik ana sanat dalına yönelik yetenek sınavları yapılmaktadır. Söz konusu sınavlarda duyum testleri ve performansa yönelik yapılan testlerle bölümlere öğrenci alınmaktadır. Fakat Yaygın eğitim kurumlarında müzik eğitimi alanındaki derslerinde hiçbir alanda öğrenci bir sınava tabi tutulmaksızın tamamı ile kendi isteğine yönelik seçtiği bir branşta eğitim görmektedir. Dolayısıyla çalışmanın problemini yaygın eğitim kurumlarının müzik eğitimi branşlarına kayıt olmak isteyen bireylere yönelik yetenek test metodu geliştirilmiş olmaması ve bu alanda kayıt fazlalığının önüne geçilememesidir. Dolayısıyla eğitimlerin niteliği ve ölçülebilirliği sorgulanmakta ve bir sorun olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Ülkemizde müzik eğitimi veren yaygın eğitim kurumlarına başvuru sayısının oldukça fazla olduğu görülmekte, kurslara yeteneklerini bilmeden kayıt olan öğrenciler dolayısıyla sınıf sayılarının fazla ve yetenek düzeyi farklı öğrencilerin aynı sınıfta olması sebebiyle müzik eğitiminin seviyelerinin de ayarlanamaması durumu ile karşı karşıya kalınmaktadır. Bu durum neticesinde yetenek ve ilgilerinin farkında olmadan herhangi bir branşa kayıt yaptıran öğrenciler çok kısa sürede kurslardan uzaklaşabilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı yaygın eğitin kurumlarına bağlı müzik eğitimi branşlarına yönelik, kayıt yaptıracak olan öğrencilere uygulanabilecek bir yetenek testi metodu geliştirmek ve online sistem üzerinden ilgili branşa kayıt olurken önerilen metod testi üzerinden sınıflandırılmasını sağlayarak, müzik eğitiminin daha nitelikli, ölçülebilir olmasını sağlamak ve bu metodu yaygınlaştırmaktır. Bu çalışma, ülkemizde müzik eğitimi veren kurumlardan olan konservatuarlar, müzik bölümleri, müzik eğitimi anabilimdalları, özel eğitim kurumları ve yaygın eğitim kurumları içerisinden, Yaygın eğitim kurumlarına tabi olan Mesleki Eğitim Merkezleri, Kurslar, Halk Eğitim Merkezleri araştırması ile sınırlıdır. Bu kapsamda Beykoz Halk Eğitim Merkezi, Beykoz Belediye Müzik Akademisi öğrencilerinden seçilen guruplar ile Zeytinburnu Halk Eğitim Merkezi, Zeytinburnu Belediye Müzik branşı ile yapılacaktır. Yapılacak olan araştırma; nitel ve nicel araştırma olarak ele alınacaktır. Çalışma gerekli literatürün taranması ve mevcut durumun ortaya konulmasına dayalı betimsel bir çalışmadır. Öncelikle araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olan yarı yapılandırılmış mlakat tekniği ile kursiyerler ile görüşmeler olacaktır. Çalışmanın nicel araştırma kısmı ise elde edilen verilerin tarama yöntemleri ile analiz edilmesinden oluşacaktır. Araştırma kapsamında, belli bir sorun karşısında çözüm bulmaya yönelik, analiz etme ve veri toplama ile yapılan araştırma türü olan eylem araştırması ile yapılacaktır. Çalışmanın temelini oluşturabilmek ve önceden belirlenen amaçlara ulaşabilmek için veriler tarama ve durum analizi yöntemiyle elde edilecektir. Yaygın eğitim kurumlarında devam eden müzik yeteneği ile seçilmiş olan öğrencilerin düzeylerini belirlemeye yönelik bu araştırmada genel tarama modeli kullanılan ya da hiçbir model kullanılmadan eğitime kabul edilen öğrenciler ile yeni geliştirilecek olan yetenek testi metod modeli uygulanan öğrencilerin karşılaştırılması ile uygulanacaktır. Araştırma, önemli eğitim kurumları olarak kabul edilen yaygın eğitim kurumlarının müzik eğitimi branşlarında öğrenci kabulü için doğru model ve tekniklerle inşa edilmesinde ve bu inşanın doğru metodlar ile kullanılması ve yaygınlaştırılmasında önem arz etmektedir. Ayrıca ülkemizde böyle bir çalışmanın yokluğu göz önünde bulundurulduğunda bu materyalin oluşumu müzik eğitimi alanındaki öğrenci yetiştirme metotların daha faydalı ve ölçülebilir olması açısından önemlidir. Geliştirilen bu test metot materyalinin hayata geçirilmesi, ülkemizdeki yaygın eğitim kurumlarında ve benzeri çalışmalara öncelik edeceği düşünülmektedir.

Music education in our country has a wide range of conservatories, private education institutions and non-formal education institutions. The main problem of the study is that in formal education, talent exams are held for the music major. In the said exams, students are admitted to the departments with sensation tests and performance tests. However, in the lessons in the field of music education in non-formal education institutions, the student receives education in a branch of his/her own choice, without an exam in any field. Therefore, the problem of the study is that the talent test method has not been developed for individuals who want to enroll in the music education branches of non-formal education institutions and the excess enrollment in this field cannot be avoided. Therefore, the quality and measurability of the trainings are questioned and appear as a problem. It is seen that the number of applications to non-formal education institutions that provide music education in our country is quite high, and the students who enroll in the courses without knowing their talents, therefore, are faced with the situation that the levels of music education cannot be adjusted because the number of classes is large and students with different talent levels are in the same class. As a result of this situation, students who enroll in any branch without being aware of their abilities and interests can leave the courses in a very short time. The aim of this study is to develop an aptitude test method for music education branches affiliated to non-formal education institutions that can be applied to students who will enroll, and to ensure that music education is more qualified and measurable, and to expand this method by ensuring that it is classified through the method test recommended when registering for the relevant branch through the online system. This study is limited to the research of Vocational Education Centers, Courses, Public Education Centers, which are subject to non-formal education institutions, among the conservatories, music departments, music education departments, private education institutions and non-formal education institutions, which are among the institutions that provide music education in our country. In this context, Beykoz Public Education Center will be held with groups selected from Beykoz Municipality Music Academy students and Zeytinburnu Public Education Center, Zeytinburnu Municipality Music branch. The research to be done; will be considered as qualitative and quantitative research. The study is a descriptive study based on scanning the necessary literature and presenting the current situation. First of all, the research will be interviews with the trainees using the semi-structured interview technique, which is one of the qualitative research methods. The quantitative research part of the study will consist of analyzing the data obtained by scanning methods. Within the scope of the research, it will be done with action research, which is a type of research that is done by analyzing and collecting data to find a solution to a certain problem. In order to form the basis of the study and to achieve the predetermined goals, the data will be obtained by scanning and situation analysis method. In this research, which aims to determine the levels of students selected with continuing musical talent in non-formal education institutions, it will be applied by comparing the students who are accepted to education without using the general screening model or without using any model and the students who are applied the aptitude test method model to be developed. The research is important in the construction of non-formal education institutions, which are considered as important educational institutions, with the right models and techniques for the acceptance of students in music education branches, and in the use and dissemination of this construction with the right methods. In addition, considering the absence of such a study in our country, the formation of this material is important in terms of making student training methods in the field of music education more useful and measurable. It is thought that the implementation of this developed test method material will give priority to non-formal education institutions and similar studies in our country.
