Özet

ÖZET Kara Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı (BAKANLIKLAR/ANKARA) ve Eğitim ve Doktrin Komutanlığı (BALGAT/ANKARA), Levazım-Maliye Okul ve Eğitim Merkez Komutanlığının üst komutanlıkları o,lup, bu birliğin banş zamanı savaşa hazırlık seviyesini ölçmek ve denetlemelerde bulunmakla yükümlüdürler. 1 nci Uzman Er Eğitim Bölük Komutanlığı, Levazım-Maliye Okul ve Eğitim Merkez Komutanlığının bağlı bir çok ast birliğinden birisidir ve bu tez, bu birliğin bilhassa iç etkensel motivasyonunu artırarak denetlemelere hazırlanma çabasım konu alır. Tez boyunca, bir cok model, konsept ve görüş vs. marifetiyle yeni bir hazirlik sistemi oluşturulmaya ve sistem açiklanmaya çalisilmis; sonuç bölümünde bu çaba sebebiyle personelin motivasyon seviyesinin artisi da anketlerle tespit edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT Because the Land Army Command and Training and Doctrine Command are the superior commands for Quartermaster School and Training Central Command, they are responsible for assessing and evaluating the peacetime war preparation level of their subordinate unit every year. This caused an inevitable question: How can I, as personnel of this school, motivate my subordinates in a stressful preparation period? 1st Specialist Recruit Training Company is one of number of units of Quartermaster School and Training Central Command and this thesis is about its effort to prepare for the assessments with increasing especially intrinsic motivation. Throughout the thesis, I (Square commander of the company) will try to form a new preparation system for the company by the help of a number of models, concepts, views etc. and find whether I could manage to increase motivation level of personnel by means of questionnaires.
