ABSTRACT In this study; we will attempted to analyse with diffrent aspects unemployment, unemployment insurance, the applications of unemployment in World and in Turkey. Unemployment which has appeared as an important problem in recent years and applications of unemployment insurance which intents to ligthen its effects comes first as a problem in almost every country. As a result of global economic cricises which came into being in diffrent times, the outcome of loosing of workers' work caused economic, social and psycological results. The application of unemployment insurance attemptes to ligthen these result results shows diffrent applications in many countries. In Turkey, like in world, the similar forms of application took into effect on 01 June 2000 with the 4447 article number. However, because the payments did not start, we can not guess the possible results. In the countries which does not have a concrete economic structure, because of global economic crisis and problems caused by far from the full employment the success chance in Turkey is almost impossible. However, in our country, the short duration of the payment of unemployment insurance, being little of its quantity in terms of economic circumtances may cause sembolic the application. 130,,.y;.v
