ÖZET Necati ÇOK ÖZET YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ ELAZIĞ İLİ GÖZELİ MİKRO HAVZASINDA AĞAÇLANDIRMA İŞLERİNE İLİŞKİN İŞ ANALİZLERİ VE STANDART ZAMANLAR NECATİ ÇOK KSÜ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ ORMAN MÜHENDİSLİĞİ ANABİLİM DALI Danışman: Prof. Dr. Orhan ERDAŞ Yıl: 2001, Sayfa: 96 Jüri Prof. Dr. Orhan ERDAŞ Prof. Dr. Musa GENÇ Yrd. AVŞAR Elazığ yöresinde en düşük maliyetle gerçekleştirmeyi sağlayan ağaçlandırma işlemlerinin bilinmesine ve ağaçlandırma yatırım projelerinin ekonomik analizlerinde gerekli maliyet verilerinin sağlamasına ihtiyaç vardır. Bu nedenle bu araştırma ile Elazığ yöresinde ağaçlandırma çalışmalarına ait, iş ölçümlerinin yapılması ve standart zamanların saptanması amaçlanmıştır. Arazi çalışmaları, Elazığ ili Gözeli Mikro Havzası'nda yürütülmüştür. Eğim ve taşlılık etmenlerine bağlı olarak hesaplanan bu standart zamanların maksimum ve minimum değerleri şöyledir: Ocak ekimi işi için nitelikli bir işçi ile bir iş gününde, orta-hafîf bünyeli topraklarda 550 - 631 adet ocak ve ağır bünyeli topraklarda 467 - 542 adet ocak yapılmaktadır. Normal gradon i tipi devamlı teras yapımı işi için nitelikli bir işçi ile bir iş gününde, orta-hafif bünyeli topraklarda 48.93 - 65.45 metre teras ve ağır bünyeli topraklarda 39.83 - 49.47 metre teras yapılmaktadır. Çıplak köklü ibreli fidan dikimi işi için, nitelikli bir işçi ile bir iş gününde orta-hafif bünyeli topraklarda 104 - 151 adet; ağır bünyeli topraklarda 75 - 120 adet fidan dikilebilmektedir. Fidan çevresinde ot alma-çapa işi için, nitelikli bir işçi ile bir iş gününde, ot yoğunluğu % 0 - 40 olan sahalarda 165 - 230 adet; ot yoğunluğu % 41 ve daha fazla olan sahalarda 128 - 198 adet fidan için çalışma yapılabilmektedir. Fidan sıraları boyunca fidanlar çevresinde ot alma ve çapa işi için, nitelikli bir işçi ile bir iş gününde, ot yoğunluğu % 0 - 40 olan sahalarda 141 - 192 metre ve ot yoğunluğu % 41 ve daha fazla olan sahalarda 116 - 165 metrelik çalışma yapılmaktadır. Bu araştırmada bulunan değerler ile bu konuda yapılan diğer araştırmalara ait sonuçlar arasında farklılıklar mevcuttur.

AVŞAR There is need satisfing of necessary cost datums at economic analysis of afforestation deposit projects and there is need the knowing of procedure of afforestation which satisfies the lowest cost materalizing at Elazığ suburb. That's why, it is intended to fixed standard times and te do measures of work about afforestation works at Elazığ suburb with this work. Fields works were continued at Gözeli micro area of Elazığ city. According to slope and stony place, the maximum and minimum values of these standard times are here: It is established that a quality worker for January planting at middle- light structure earth is 550 - 632 units furnace and heavy-structure earth is 467 - 542 units furnace it's established that a quality worker for the type of normal gradon i with making of continues terrace at middle-light structure earth is 48.93 - 65.45 meter terrace and at heavy structure earth is 39.83 - 48.47 meter terrace. It's established that a quality worker. With one workday for naked root at middle-light structure earth is 104 - 151 units young tree and it is established that a quality worker with one workday for naked root at heavy-structure earth is 75 - 120 units young tree.
