Özet

ÖZET Tekstil, tasarımı ve teknolojisi ile iplik yapımından bitim işlemlerine kadar sürekli değişim ve gelişim içersindedir. Bu gelişmeler kumaşların estetik değerlerinin ve kullanım performanslarının arttırılması yönünde gerçekleşen olumlu değişimlerdir. Kumaş oluşumunun ilk basamağı olan lif ve iplik teknolojisi doğal ve sentetik lifler açısından çok zengindir. Teknolojik imkanların ışığında doğal liflerin performansları arttırılırken, kullanım alanlarına göre, doğal liflerle boy ölçüşebilecek nitelikte, zaman zaman onlardan çok daha kullanışlı, özel sentetik lifler üretilmektedir. Birinci bölümde, tekstil endüstrisinde en çok kullanılan lifler anlatılmaktadır. Özellikle, giyim endüstrisine yönelik doğal ve yapay lifler genel özellikleri ve sonradan kazandırılan yeni özellikleriyle ele alınmıştır. Lif teknolojisinin üstün gelişimi, kumaşları da aynı oranda etkilenmiştir. Lifleri belli bir değerde geliştirilen kumaşların kaliteleri, dokuma ve bitim işlemleri ile desteklenmektedir. Ancak günümüz giysilik kumaşların bu kadar çeşitli olması, estetik değerlerinin yüksek, kullanım performanslarının bu kadar gelişim göstermesi ve tüketicilere ihtiyaç duydukları, kumaşı sunabilme imkanlarının hepsinin özünde tasarımcıların kendi üstün kumaşlarını yaratma isteğinden kaynaklanmaktadır. Bu kapsam da İkinci bölümde üstün kumaşların oluşum sebepleri ve aşamaları anlatılmaktadır. Özellikle Japon tasarımcılar ve kumaş üreticileri bu gelişmede ki katkıları incelenmekte ve denemeler sırasında kullandıkları materyaller, uyguladıkları farklı dokuma teknikleri ve bitim işlemleriyle kumaşın oluşum aşamaları aktarılmaya çalışılmaktadır.Bir başlangıç aşaması olan bu denemelerin sonunda günümüz kumaşlarını etkisi altına alan bazı estetik değerler ortaya çıkmıştır. Bunlardan bazıları, transparan, metalik etkiler taşıyan parlak kumaşlar, çok katlı akışkan, dekorasyonlu vb. türdeki tüm yenilikçi etkiler ikinci bölümün esas konularını oluşturmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde, ise geliştirilen tüm bu yenilikler doğrultusunda hazırlanan, özellikle de dokuma kumaşların estetik ve teknik açıdan incelenmesi ve kataloglanması yenilikçi etkiler ve dokuma teknolojisiyle kazandırılan yenilikçi etkiler olarak ayrı ayrı ele alınmış ve resimlerle desteklenmiştir. ABSTRACT Textile, with its design and techonology, has a continious development, begining from the thread production to the finishing line. These developments are so constructive that they increase the esthetics and the using performances of the clothes. The techonology of fibers and thread, of which is the very first step of the textile production, has richness in the way of its natural & sentetic ones while increasing the performance of naturel fibers in the possibilities of techonology, according to their usage areas, special sentetic fibers that has enough quality to compete with the natural ones, and even sometimes more useful, could be produced. In the first section, informations about the most useful fibers are given. Especially, sentetic and natural luffas in general and with subsequently acquired specialities, that oriented in the textile industry are considered. The massive develeopment in the fibera techonology also influenced the clothes at the same time. The quality of the clothes of which its fibers had been developed in a certain degree, are supported with the weaving and finishing process. However, the main reason of the variation of todays clothing fabrias, their esthetic values, progress in their using performances and the ability to serve through the consumers needs, are all lied beneath the desire of the designers to produce the superior clothing. In the second section, by the below perspective the reasons and the stages of forming the superrior clothing are considered. Especially the contribution of Japanese designers and fabric producers to this development has examined. VIIAlso the materials they use and diffirent waving teenies that they applicated, the finishing procedures and stages in forming clothes are tried to concerned. By the end of these experiments, which are the starting stage some estetic vavalues under todays clothings are appeared some of them such as transparents brilliant clothing including metalic influences, fluids, etc contituded the main subject of the second section. In the third section, through all these developed technologies, especially weaving clothes are exemined in the perspective of their esthetics, technics and catogarization. These exemitations are considered. In two ways: New impressions acquired by threads and new impressions acquired by weaving techonologies and they both supported by pictures. VIII
