Özet
ÖZ Tezin konusunu 8 Numaralı Mühimme Zeyli'nin ilk yüz sayfasının tahlil ve transkripsiyonu oluşturmaktadır. Bu alanda yayınlanmış eserler ve hazırlanmış tezler bu çalışmaya temel teşkil etmiştir. Tezin hazırlanmasına öncelikle orijinal metinlerin transkripsiyonu ile başlanmıştır. Bu metinleri okuma sırasında özellikle bazı say Fa ve hükümlerde çok güçlük çekilmiştir. Bunun sebebi ise defterin sefer jurnali olmasından dolayı bozuk bir hatla kaleme alınmasıdır. Transkripsiyon çalışmasının tamamlanmasından sonra defterin tahliline geçilmiştir. Tahlil başlıca iki kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Birinci kısımda defterin şekil özellikleri fiziki ve diplomatik ve teknik özellikler olmak üzere iki başlık altında yazılmıştır. İkinci kısımda devrin tarihi olayları hakkında kısaca bilgi verilmiştir. Üçüncü kısımda ise defterdeki hükümler içerikleri bakımından ele alınarak bahsi geçen konular çeşitli başlıklar altında toplanmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca Defter Celâli isyanlarını bastırmak amacıyla düzenlenmiş bir sefer sırasında tutulmuş olması bakımından büyük öneme sahiptir. ABSTRACT The subject of the thesis is composed of the transcription and analysis of the first hundred pages of 8 numbered Mühimme Zeyl. The books published and the theses prepared in this area have formed a base for this study. The preparation of the thesis was initally started with the transcription of the original texts. When these texts were read, there had been many difficulties, especially at some of the pages and decrees. That is why the supplement, because of the fact that it was a journal about a camp, was written in a hasty and careless handwriting. Analysis of the supplement was begun after the study of the transcription had been completed. The analysis mainly has been composed of two parts. In the first part, the formal properties of the supplement were written under the two titles of physical and diplomatic & technical properties. In the second part, a brief information has been given about the historical events of the time. Additionally in the third part, the subjects mentioned had been tried to be gathered under various titles by handling the decrees in the supplement from the point of view of its contents. The supplement is of great importance as it was written during a campain which was arranged in order to supress the Celâli mutinies. Ill
