Boşluğun yarıçapı a dır. Kalan integral denklem boyutsuz ve sayısal olarak çözülmüş ve sınırda uR(a,t) ve teo(a,t) foksiyonlarının zamanla değişimini gösteren eğriler verilmiştir.

Özet (Çeviri)

APPLICATION OF BOUNDARY ELEMENT METHOD TO AXIAL SYMMETRIC PROBLEMS SUMMARY In this study, at first the stress and displacement fields due to a point load with magnitude g(t), acting at a specific point y in the direction of the ek base vector have been calculated at an arbitrary point x of an elastic, isotropic, and homogeneous medium. In that case the body force can be written as follws: /(x,t)=ekg(t)5(x-.y) (1) Depending upon this body force, (/> and 0 functions have been calculated: 0 = I - f sg(t s)ds---\sg(t-s)ds r t i <h. -it f sgO s)ds \sg(t-s)ds 4nr i c, 4nri uk = d_ 8xr, k=(l,2,3) (2) (3) The displacement vector uk at x point has been determined using 0 and 0 : (5) In this medium, strain tensor and the constituve equations have been given below: » 2{dx}. dxtJ **=^4+2//4 (6) (7) As the second step, the necessary kernels for axial symmetric problems have been obtained in cylindrical coordinates. At first, the g(t) function has been selected to be XIAs the second step, the necessary kernels for axial symmetric problems have been obtained in cylindrical coordinates. At first, the g(t) function has been selected to be Dirac Delta Function S(t) for this purpose. Depending upon this, the new forms of </> and 0 functions have been given below: H(t--)(t--) 4nr (8) 0 = Hit-1-yt-L.) Anr ~ (9) Here H(t) represents unit step function. After this, the necessary expressions for plane problems ^ ve 0D will be obtained. For these, the body force has been loaded along a line on which only y3 can vary instead of only a point y(yx,y2,yi). The functions corresponding to this case have been found integrating the previous ones on the interval y% = -oo, _y, = oo. The results have been given below: ^-4^^+*'v^-^VR^V]l, 2n\ c n ? In cylindrical coordinates, two point loads, both with magnitude -~-S(t) acting on 2/v, ^(^,0]) and y2(Rl,7r + 0l) points at the directions of eR], eR2 base vectors respectively, are considered. The resulting ft = ft1 + ft2 and 0T = 0Ri + 0Rl expressions occuring due to this two loads have been calculated. Later these, expressions have been divided by ;zR, and integrated over the circle with radius R, from 0X - 0 to 0, = n and approached i?; to zero. The results have been given below: xuAn !*-*) Cx cx ln( C,t + J(ch2-R2) I 1 n-^ -t +H(t--) c ±W^) 4# -L«,-*) c2 c2 '^^î+^LÜl^ # -i-Vfev-*2) +H(t--) c. l-W^) c2R Using these expressions mÂ(İ?) has been found. The fundamental integral equation of boundary element method is obtained writing Betti - Rayleigh reciprocal identity between the elastodynamic state which has been formed by u and T* and the problem which is wanted to be solved. As the sample problem a cylindrical cavity loaded with a constant pressure p0 on its boundary at t=0 has been considered. The radius of the cylinder is a. In this problem the components of surface traction and displacement vector on the boundary are TR=p0H+(t)eR Tg=0 u = uR(a,t)eR (24) (25) (26) The integral equation given below is obtained writing Betti - Rayleigh reciprocal identity between the elastodynamic state which is formed by u, T*, f* and the elastodynamic state which is formed by u, T, f. Besides the stres- strain relations which are given before have been used. \f\t,R)*u(t,R)dV + \T\t,R)*u{r,t)ds = \u\r,t) * Tif,R)ds + \f(t, R) * u(t,R)dV (27) XIV- A J sm (* ~ t)ur (r)dr +J s'ee (' ~ 7K (T)dr \ ”2/"J s'm (' ~ 7K (jW* to o Jo = \u'R(t-T)p0H+(r)dr (28) 0 It will be necessary to emphasize that there is no body force in the region both in sample problem and the other elastodynamic state. The singularity arising in integral equation has been eliminated shifting the time axis. Using partial integration on the terms in the integral equation, other singularities have been carried to outside of the integral, initial velocity «(0) has been determined equating the multipliers of the singular term outside the integral to zero. The remaining integral equation has been solved numerically to be dimensionless and the curves, representing the variations of uR(a,i) ve tggiaj) functions with time, have been given. ?Mnm.Hmn*'- - XV
