XIV SUMMARY APPLICATION OF ISO 9002 SYSTEM TO DEMPAR PARQUET FİRM Key Words : Quality,ISO 9000 and Assurance. Quality is total specification of a product's or sevice's capability of meeting the requirements which are known or will be happen.[l] This is the power of the magical word“Competition”. Companies have to do some work in a planned and systematic way so as to integrate institutional culture, to reach continious quality, to compete with domestic and foreign marcets, to develop existing marcet and technology, and to provide more contenporary and more brilliant future for the next generation. Basically all those work is for Total Quality Management The most important way to reach Total Quality Managment is meeting the requirements of ISO 9000 Quality Assurance System. That is, ISO 9000 is a standart which assures the quality. The basic purpose of TQM is to reach continious quality by achieving customer satisfaction. This study is an example to establishing for quality system of DEMPAR Factory of pre- finished Parquet.
