m ABSTRACT MASTER THESIS THE IMPECT OF STATE CONTRIBUTION TO PRIVATE THEATRE BETWEEN 1990-2002 YEARS SAMPLE STEADY; ANKARA EKİN TİYATROSU THEATRE: Hakan ALKAN Supervisor :Assist.Prof.Dr.Pınar Çİ?DEM 2004-PAGE: 114 Jury : Prof.Dr.Fehmi EFE Assist.Prof.Dr.Pmar Çİ?DEM AssistProf.Dr.Dilaver DÜZGÜN The state began to support these instutions after the theatres had become professional. These supports which where common almost every place of the world, causet discussions around the world like in our country. We researched the situation of the private theatres in our first part of the thesis. Especialli we tried to researched the private theatres of the countries in which professionalise is dense end relationship of state in Europe by a historical system. After then I tried to search the situation of the private thaetres in our country, starting with Republic. I sought the point of view of our state to the private theatres and the supports it did. I discussed not only the state's point of view but also that of the private theatres. I discusset material support's effect which the Cultural Ministry gave for being permanent of the private theatres and developing themselves from 1982. I searched the condition of this support's being taken, distributed quantity, the situation of the instution which is distributing from the point of view of benefits and damages to the private theatres. İn the second part of my thesis, I sought Ankara Ekin Theatre which were established in 1989 and still continues to it's studies beging from the centre of Ankara ant going on tours to Anatolia. I searched the establishmend aim of Ankara Ekin Theatre, player staff, the writer, the relationship of spectator, taking support from state also being forbidden by the members of the state. Dr.
