Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmada, Gözegöl Göleti ve Karacadağ civarındaki suların Cladocera, Copepoda ve Rotifera faunaları tespit edilmiştir. Kalitatif incelemelerden; Cladocera' ya ait 18, Copepoda'ya ait 8 ve Rotifera' ya ait 55 tür olmak üzere toplam 81 tür tespit edilmiştir. Türlerin sistematikteki yerleri, teşhis anahtarları ve çizimleri verilmiştir. Tespit edilen türlerden Lecane hastata, Lecane (Hemimonostyla) inopinata, Arctodiaptomus laticeps türleri Türkiye zooplankton faunası için ilk kayıttır. Ayrıca; Liliferotrocha subülis, Brachionus budapestinensis, B. diversicornis, Lecane (H.) inopinata, Lecane hastata, L. (M.) lunaris, Mytilina mucronata, Colurella obtusa, Lophocharis salpina, Trichocerca stylata, Synchaeta pectinata, Alona guttata, Cyclops abyssorum ve Macrocyclops albidus türleri de Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi zooplankton faunası için ilk kayıttır. Fiziko-kimyasal parametrelere ve biyolojik yapıya göre, sularda özellikle yaz aylarında ölrifikasyonun yaşandığı görülmüştür. Tespit edilen türler arasında; Bosmina longirostris, Chydorus sphaericus, Daphnia cucullata, Cyclops vicinus, Brachionus angularis, Keratella quadrata, Keratella cochlearis, Euchlanis dilatata, Polyarthra dolichoptera, P. vulgaris, Pompholyx complanata, Asplanchna priodonta, Filinta longiseta ve Trichocerca türleri ötrofinin iyi bilinen indikatörleridir. Sonuç olarak Gözegöl Göleti, Türkiye' nin diğer golleriyle kıyaslandığında, tür çeşitliliği bakımından oldukça zengindir.

Ill ABSTRACT In this study, the Cladocera, Copepoda and Rotifera fauna have been identified in the Gözegöl Pond and ponds of Karacadağ surrounding. From qualitative determinations, 18 Cladocera, 8 Copepoda and 55 Rotifera species (totally 81 species) have been identified. The species belonging to Cladocera, Copepoda and Rotifera were listed sistematically, keys to species were given and figures of species were drawn. The species identified, Lecane hastata, Lecane (Hemimonostyla) inopinata, Arctodiaptomus laticeps are new records for zooplankton fauna of Turkey. Additionally, Liliferotrocha subtilis, Brachionus budapestinensis, B. diversicornis, Lecane (H.) inopinata, Lecane hastata, L. (M.) lunaris, Mytilina mucronata, Colurella obtusa, Lophocharis salpina, Trichocerca stylata, Synchaeta pectinata, Alona guttata, Cyclops abyssorum and Macrocyclops albidus are also the first records for South-East Anatolia. According to physical and chemical parameters and biological structure, in the ponds eutrification occurs during Summer. Bosmina longirostris, Chydorus sphaericus, Daphnia cucullata, Cyclops vicinus, Brachionus angularis, Keratella quadrata, Keratella cochlearis, Euchlanis dilatata, Polyarthra dolichoptera, P. vulgaris, Pompholyx complanata, Asplanchna priodonta, Filinia longiseta and Trichocerca species identified in ponds are indicators of eutrification. As a result, Gözegöl pond is quite rich as species composition, compared with other lakes of Turkey.
